The guards, who were really the caretakers, in my opinion, did an excellent job responding to our needs. The owners were also very helpful. "The drainage systems in the main bathroom needed fixing. You had to be extremely careful not to flood the rooms when bathing (in the 2-bedroom apartment). The heater was dripping in the 1-bedroom apartment beside it, so we had to close off the hot water. But what I did not like most of all was not knowing the meter reading for my use of electricity. I took pictures of them the night before my trip ended, and there was no power in the morning. So, we couldn't get an accurate reading. The lady hosting in the owners' absence promised to send the readings but never did. I left enough funds to cover the bills, knowing that the change would be added to the tip I had already given. It would have been nice to know accurately what my gift to the caretakers amounted to, which was my aim for leaving more than I consumed. They sent me a bill saying that what I left was exactly what the meter reading was. That rubbed me off the wrong way. I will advise that you take a picture of the eneo as often as possible, especially, the morning you are leaving or you might be cheated by the lady the hosts left to be in charge of the residence."
