"The apartment itself is stunning, from the architecture to the quality of the furniture & fittings. The bed is so comfortable and the bedding amazing, had the best sleep. The shower is awesome too. Great WiFi connection and massive tv with all the apps to enjoy a movie in bed after a busy day out. Really quiet part of the city but you might want earplugs for early morning birds! Super friendly woman, Flor, who looks after the building. Downloading the indrive app to order taxis made my visit so much easier, and safer, than taking taxis in the street. The fob entry was brilliant to, extremely quick entry and exit which is great for a single woman."

"The only things I felt were missing was a tea towel and cloth in the kitchen and more toilet roll. The soap at the bathroom sink doesn't work but these are all minor details, easily remedied. I have lived here before so you do need to be careful where you walk, especially at night, best to turn left when heading down the street and keep to that side of the neighbourhood."

"Problems with one of the staff. I asked before arriving if vistors were allowed as many places in Bogota dont allow visitors and I was told yes, Even on the manual inside the apartment it says visitors are allowed, My friend arrived and I got a message from one of the staff question why he was there... even after I send screenshots showing visitors were allowed this was disputed and she told me she needed to speak to a manager, Im a 51 year man and I was made to feel like some naughty child.and treated like one. This is NOT the way you treat customers at all."

"El diseño de las habitaciones, materiales e iluminación y son muy lindos, las cámas son comodas y el espacio es en general agradable. La relación calidad precio nos pareció buena a persar de los inconvenientes con el estacionamiento y la atención poco amable. Alquilamos 2 lofts, el 1 fue mejor que el 5, sobre todo por el ruido."

"Desde el loft 5 se escuchaba todo lo de las demás habitaciones y el pasillo, fue muy incómodo pues viajábamos con un niño y en el otro loft hubieron turistas al parecer drogados, una fiesta en el piso de arriba y una pareja muy ruidosa, además de esto el personal hablaba muy fuerte en las mañanas y se escuchaba todo en la habitación, la sensación de privacidad fue poca a razón de esto. A nuestra llegada NO nos sentimos bienvenidos, en la reserva decía que incluía estacinamiento y NO incluía, no intentaron dar una respuesta conciliadora a este problema y no se preocuparon en disculparse por la falta de claridad con este aspecto. Con el paso de los días quíen nos recibío (la concerje del edificio) fue más amable pero igualmente nos quedo un sinsabor..."

"A localização foi boa pq estava participando de um congresso na Universidade Distrital que era muito próxima e tem muitos restaurantes perto. O ambiente é maravilhoso, super moderno, com lareira, equipamentos de cozinha, chuveiro com agua quente. Cama muito gostosa! Ficaria novamente!"
