Étant piéton lors de mon passage je n'ai pas eu à chercher un stationnement dont les modalités seraient à préciser. P'tit dej inclus sympa mais minimaliste....une unique capsule pour une unique tasse de café ! Liquide vaisselle et torchon non trouvés....oubliés ?

"Great location, pretty much in the heart of Nice. Super close to the sea — literally just one block away. There are tons of cafés, restaurants, and shops all around, and yet the apartment is in a nice quiet spot. No noise at night whatsoever. The apartment is really spacious. The best part was the shower — it's big and the bathroom in general was great. They have a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, soap, and towels. The kitchen has everything you need to cook: a coffee maker, a frying pan, a pot, and plates and cutlery for two. The apartment is tidy, everything works as it should, and the double bed is a good size. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. And, all this at a very interesting price)"

Since we only came for a couple of days, it was inconvenient to buy a large pack of tea and sugar for these 2 days. It would have been nice to have a couple of tea bags and some sugar in the room. But overall, we are very happy with the apartment.

Steep staircase and low mezzanine ceiling. Fine for most, but not for anyone with mobility issues or toddlers. (It was fine for us.)

"The apartment had everything we needed and was in a great location in the town. Great wifi."

The listing stated free on-site parking, and this was an influencing factor in our decision to take this property. We attempted to drive to the property as agreed, but it was inaccessible by car during the day. There was no parking on site or in the surrounding roads. The free parking is located in a public car park, about a 5-10-minute walk away, just out of town. The bed is so noisy that even the slightest movement, like someone turning over, can be heard downstairs.

Very satisfied but a few small things would have made it really excellent. These were: Some tea cups as well as mugs, plastic beakers in bathroom, waste bin in second bathroom, ironing board and iron. Felt that toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets a bit limited . A little more crockery would be useful when others are in the dishwasher.
