"Nothing but charm in this hotel. Very beautiful decor and textures. Charming lobby. Excellent breakfast and best croissants we had in months"
Beds are a bit small. Some additional items could be added in the rooms such as slippers, coffee corner and minibar.

"The location was great in the heart of batroun. Very friendly staff."
Stairs to be more kids friendly (my 2 year old boy kept going up and down the stairs with me fearing him falling through the handrail) Also had.an issue with the parking since the cafe next door parks his motorcycles and tuktuk so close to us.
