"Nádherné místo! Domečky jsou zasazeny do lesa, ve stínu, občas se objevila nějaká zvěř. Velmi příjemné prostředí. Samotný interiér byl moc pěkný, pokoj velmi světlý se spoustou oken, takže je člověk obklopený přírodou. Skvělá sprcha. K dispozici byla káva. Sprchový gel a šampon krásně voněly!"

"Komunikace byla zvláštní, odpovědi byly vždy velmi strohé, nikdy mě ve zprávě nikdo nepozdravil. Na recepci asi běžně nikdo nesedí, jen když jsme přijeli, ale to na nás zřejmě někdo čekal. K dispozici bylo i nějaké nádobí, což je super, ale z nějakého důvodu chyběly lžičky, které jsme zrovna potřebovali. Hrozně vrzaly dveře do koupelny, takže pokud šel partner v noci na záchod, 100% mě vzbudil. Ubytování je strašně do kopce! Pokud máte auto, je to v pohodě. My byli bez auta a samozřejmě se to dá vyjít, ale je to šílenost!"

"Great location. Close to everything and nice and quiet. Good kitchen facilities, although the toaster didn't work and the fridge was not huge. Beautiful balcony with lovely lighting at night so sat out every evening. Comfortable beds and lovely big bathroom."

"Not much space to put clothes so lived out of suitcase which was fine for a short stay but may have been more frustrating if here for longer, especially as four of us."

"- Terrace - Very comfortable bed - Beautiful bathroom - Lovely surroundings The hosts were extremely kind, and the lady at the reception gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants and trips. The place was beautiful, and the terrace was absolutely stunning. The bed was incredibly comfortable—honestly one of the best we've ever slept in! Whenever we had a minor issue, they resolved it immediately and were very accommodating with everything. We truly appreciated their hospitality"

"We had a fantastic room with a first view of the Volcano and an indoor hot tub. The rooms were spotlessly clean and large. The outdoor facilities were very good. The pool was nice and there were 6 outdoor hot tubs. The breakfasts were outstanding and the evening meals were quite rich and pricey if you ate in the restaurant."

"It's a quiet, private location surrounded by nature. We even saw coatis on our steps one morning. It's well kept and clean. The upstairs of the house where we stayed was spacious. The staff were helpful and we were able to be picked up on various shuttles for our planned activities from here."

"There are a few facilities that would make the stay more comfortable & practical for the muddy (and our case rainy!) stay in Monteverde. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels after showering, no hanging space for clothes (although there was a chest of drawers). It would have been very useful to have a clothes airer for drying wet clothes when we came back from walks. Maybe a shoe rack for muddy boots too. The sofa (possibly sofa bed?) is uncomfortable & may need replacing based on the springs. The villas are up a very steep hill, just outside of town. This makes for a lovely location but be we found it difficult and expensive to find a taxi when the weather was bad and we rather not walk into town. The two bed house is actually a 1 bed apartment with a separate studio below with its own key. This wasn't clear from the booking.com advert."

"It wasn't really clean, a lot of things were broken or didn't work (fairy lights on the balcony, broken light switch sockets, bad smell in the kitchen, cobwebs in the kitchen drawer). There was no heating, which was really problematic on cold days, as it was really cool in the accommodation (17 degrees). In addition, there was only lukewarm water, no really hot water, which is also problematic on cold days. The lack of hanging space for towels or wet clothes was particularly annoying. Since the accommodation is in the cloud forest, you would expect something like this to be available. Overall, there were several small ir bigger things that were repeatedly annoying during our stay. For the money, we expect much more... the price-performance ratio is not right here."

"The rooms were a good size with lovely decor. It was great to have a balcony to see some wildlife. The location was in a peaceful area and close enough to walk to the town."
