"Vila se nachází v klidné čtvrti cca 5 min autem od centra Paphosu. Určitě doporučuji půjčit si auto, abyste mohli objevovat ostrov. Kamenité pláže (bez větší možnosti ležení) jsou v dochozí vzdálenosti (cca 5 min). Majitel nám nachystal i menší snack do ledničky a byl k dispozici, když bylo potřeba. Dobrý poměr cena/výkon."

"Bylo by dobré dát větší důraz na čistotu. Bazén byl hodně teplý, ale nejsem si jistá, zda s tím lze něco takto v létě něco dělat. Ocenila bych také základní suroviny v kuchyni (sůl/pepř/utěrky). Ke konci pobytu klimatizace nefungovala úplně 100%."

"We arrived late and were pleased to find a welcome pack with some basics in the fridge. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. Plenty of room. The pool was a good size. Host visited to check if everything was ok. We had a great stay. Thank you"

"Manager Nondas is very kind and very good communication! Villa is in a nice clean and safe location, few minutes walk from the beach. Great bbq facilities. Kitchen well equipped, ready for large groups of people (plenty of plates cutlery large pots etc). 24 hours market and cafe is just around the corner. Good parking right outside, also direct bus to Coral bay. Coffee machine and microwave."

"Walls are quite thin so you can hear anything that’s going on next room. See through low glass coffee table with sharp edges in the living room is a no go - 3 of us walked into it in the first hour, one hurt quite badly, we just covered it and left it in a corner. Especially with children it can be dangerous that table. Surprised others didn’t mention."

"The property is well equipped and spacious and has most items you need. A welcome pack is provided of water, milk, bread, cheese, ham and orange juice there was also coffee, tea and sugar which is perfect on a late arrival. The gardens are maintained and the pool adequately tested and cleaned during your stay. The location is good short walk to coastal path but we also hired a car. The property has great parking facilities."

"We had a very nice stay here. The house is well located, close to Paphos center and just a short walk to the beach. The garden is spacious and the pool is really enjoyable. The house itself is roomy, perfect for a family trip, with decent equipment and good WiFi. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and the host was quick to respond to all our requests. Highly recommended!"

"We loved our stay. It is well kept and clean. We were left some supplies of food and drink which was very much appreciated after we arrived late at night and the owner popped around to check in on us the next day. It is located close to the sea front which has amazing costal walks and is well situated close to a mini market and also a short walk from a larger market, bus stops and restaurants. A great place to sit and relax or use to explore the island."

"Good location. Would recommend hiring a car. Small shop just around the corner for basics and Lidl only a 5 minute drive away. Harbour and big shops/restaurants about 15 minute drive. Good sized pool with enough sunbeds for everyone, and also pool towels were supplied!! Dishwasher and washing machine in kitchen (would suggest taking washing tablets/capsules). Very spacious living room. BBQ in garden. Hosts were very accommodating, our flight did not leave till 8pm but we were able to stay at the villa until time to leave. Great little bar, Dimma's Bar, about 60 meters from villa - great for cocktails and the chips are the best!"

"The on-suite shower on the top floor could do with a little TLC. Shower is very small and one of the doors needs fixing (putting back on runners - we did try). Don't normally cook meals when on holiday, however, we had young children with us, and found the oven in the kitchen took forever to heat up and then forever to cook food."

"The villa is in a fantastic location, located in the middle of Paphos harbour and Coral bay, two thriving locations that we regularly visited, whether that was to explore or just to have dinner/drinks. It is also a 5 minute walk from King Evelthon hotel, which was the venue for the family wedding we were attending, so the location couldn't have been better. It is a great sized villa with a great pool that was used regularly for a cool down. The villa is very private and the road is relatively quiet. George and Nondas were fantastic, so welcoming and couldn't do more for us. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend Diamond Villas."

"Nothing massively needed changing, the only thing I would note is that one of the mattresses in one of the upstairs bedrooms needs replacing. There is a large dint in it, I flipped it over to make it more comfy but ideally this needs replacing. I would also suggest changing the table in the lounge from a glass one, as it was walked into many times. this may be due to us not being aware but I would suggest replacing to save any further collisions."
