"Lovely welcome upon arrival with complimentary milk, water ,eggs, bread etc and a bottle of wine left for us to enjoy. Pool was fantastic and the place was lovely and relaxing."

"Just returned after a week's chill out in this beautiful spacious villa. The villa, pool area and garden are all absolutely stunning. The villa is spotless and well equipped with everything you would need for a more than comfortable stay. Thank you Marios for the welcome food and wine in the fridge to start our holiday off with. A car is needed to get to the village for supplies and the nearby beach . Although we walked each day to the beach for exercise (40 mins) each way direct from the villa. A VERY special thank you and appreciation to an amazing friendly owner Marios who kindly came out to the Airport late at night to collect us after we experienced an issue with our internet connection and wasn't able to access google maps for directions to the villa. We have found a Villa we are more than Happy to return too........ soon we hope. Thank you Marios"

"The villa is spotless and beautiful, location is quiet and relaxing, shops are not walking distance so a car is a must, unless you like a morning stroll. Shops, are only a 5 minuye drive along with the beach, The villa pool is amazing and beautiful, slightly slippery around the patio area, so make sure the kids don't run around. We loved our stay here, Mario's was the most attentive host we have ever had through booking.com. we will 100% be coming back. Thank you Mario's and family"

"We have just had the most amazing stay at this villa. Having been to Paphos for many years, this is easily the best villa we have stayed in. Marios is the perfect host and is on hand should you need anything at all, we arrived on a late flight which was also very delayed and he spent plenty of time with us showing us around and giving us all the info we needed and had also provided essentials like bread, milk and fruit etc - very kind! We loved everything about the villa, the kitchen was so well equipped and the pool and outside area was just incredible!! Can't wait to return! Thanks again for a wonderful stay Marios :)"

"Everything about the property was perfect, it had all the amenities needed, plus more. All furniture was nice and comfortable in the bedrooms and throughout the villa. The pool was lovely with a lovely garden to sunbathe in. The store room had a washing machine along with and more than enough dishes and cutlery in the kitchen. Marios the owner helped us out a lot and even stayed awake till midnight to check us in and gave us a very good tour of the villa along with showing us how everything works. He was very easy going and friendly and I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here."

"Spacious house with a beautiful garden and a large pool, perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. It has three bedrooms (one en-suite) and an additional bathroom upstairs, while downstairs you’ll find a cozy living room, dining area, kitchen, and guest toilet. There are comfortable sitting areas both at the front and back of the house, as well as a well-equipped BBQ space. The pool is generously sized, and the property offers everything you might need to fully enjoy your stay.The owner was very helpful, quickly answering all our questions over Viber chat (we didn’t meet in person), and even granted us a late check-out since the house was available."
