"Excellentes, kleines, familiengeführtes Hotel mit super Lage am Marktplatz. Sehr netter Herr Albers. Mir hat der gesamte Aufenthalt gut gefallen, da ich die Atmosphäre in einem solchen Hotel, das keiner Kette angehört, sehr schätze. Toll was das leckere Frühstück mit frischem Spiegelei. Der Kaffee wurde in einer kleinen Kanne auf einem Stövchen serviert. Wo gibt es so etwas heute noch? Kann mich nicht erinnern."

"Absolut zentrale Lage in der Altstadt, ruhig, stilvolles Haus, vor der Ankunft noch ein extra Anruf vom Inhaber mit Hinweis auf den etwas verwinkelten Zugang. Unten im Haus Lokal. Sehr freundliche Betreuung, respektvoll mit guten Gesprächen; und im Zimmer: ein Wasserkocher plus Nescafé/Tee für den Frühstart: Top! Frühstück reichhaltig, angenehmer Ausblick zur Fußgängerzone hin. Bahnhof fußläufig erreichbar. Und das alles zu sehr günstigem Preis!"

Great accommodation - comfortable, clean rooms; tasty breakfast. Most impressive was the warm and welcoming atmosphere in this family-run hotel. I highly recommend Hotel Albers and will definitely stay there again during my next visit to Recklinghausen."
