"My first room was great. Overlooked the sea. It is very dated, but for location and cost I didn't expect too much."

"The second room after I came back, wasn't as good. Hot and the air conditioning didn't work well. The view wasn't as good, but cheaper than my first stay. The WIFI is terrible, i ended up over using my phone network because it cut out so much and I didnt notice i had to pay to upgrade my phone network and it took me a couple of hours to sort"

"It was summer so we didn't need hot water for the shower but probably during the early mornings or chill nights, it would be nice to have hot water. However for the price/quality is understandable."

"Absolutely stunning balcony view with so much wildlife to see. Sunrise happens from this balcony which is beautiful. WiFi is reasonable with sofa areas where this is very strong."

"The ladies at reception don't speak English - we muddled along waving empty toilet rolls to get new ones etc. Equally, our Spanish is not great so it's our fault too for not learning more!"

"If you have to stay in Santa Cruz, then only here. Close to everything but quiet and gives the feeling of being far from the disgusting tourism on the island. Right on the water and a six-minute walk from the ferry dock. The staff is lovely and attentive. Everything is very clean and comfortable."
