"Hotel se nachází v centru městečka nedaleko od vodopádu, termálních lázní i autobusového terminálu. Na každém kroku možnost stravování, kavárny, restaurace. Cestovní agentury na každém rohu, možnost za 5 USD výlet k vodopádu El Diablo. Náš pokoj byl s terasou, s úložnými prostory, snídaně buffet ( poprvé a naposledy při našem ekvádorskem putování). Majitel Don Iván ochotný."

"Lots of spiderwebs Everything was wonderful but we had some confusion at the end that made me uncomfortable. We were going to take a taxi to one of the waterfalls and the owner offered to drive us instead for free. We thought that was really nice and planned a generous tip. He ended up taking us to several waterfalls (which we did not ask for but appreciated) and hiked with us to one. Again, never asked for, but nice. When we returned and were checking out, he said it was $50 for the “tour”. I was quite mad because we didn’t ask for a tour, didn’t want a tour, and wouldn’t have paid for a tour. Even after I agreed to pay a lesser amount (begrudgingly, but I felt trapped) he overcharged my credit card. He did give me a cash refund when I pointed out the error. It was a bad way to end because otherwise I would highly recommend the hotel."
