"Apartmán je v krásně opraveném dřevěném domě, opravdu stylové místo. Skvělá je možnost parkovat přímo ve vnitrobloku (vjezd elektricky ovládanými vraty - klíč jsme dostali). Lokalita je výborná - klidné a hezké místo, 3 minuty chůze od náměstí v Kuressaare. 100m od ubytování je hezké dětské hřiště s mnoha prvky, spousta kaváren a restaurací. Blízko je také velmi dobře zásobený COOP supermarket (vč. pultu s teplým jídlem nebo chlazenými čerstvými rybami). Apartmán je stylově zařízený, fotky odpovídají skutečnosti. Je v něm veškeré vybavení (kávovar na mletou kávu, pračka, fén, sušák, deštníky, deky, komplet vybavení kuchyně vč. nějakého koření, soli, oleje, pytlů na odpad apod.), není třeba nic extra vozit s sebou. Jsou tam dvojitá okna (venkovní dřevěná a vnitřní plastová trojskla), která těsní dobře a když vše zavřete, tak je tam ticho. Na požádání nám hostitel připravil dětskou postýlku a židličku, skvělé! Ubytování hodnotím velice kladně, určitě bych tam jel znovu."

"Asi největší problém je s teplotou. Apartmán je orientovaný na jih. Když venku svítí slunce, tak se rychle ohřeje. Byli jsme v místě v srpnu, kdy bylo venku cca 18-23 stupňů a apartmán se běžně ohřál na 27 stupňů. K dispozici je sice mobilní AC jednotka, ale ta velký apartmán rozhodně neochladí. Větrat se dá reálně jen oknem z jedné ložnice, která je orientovaná do vnitrobloku. Ze zbylých dvou místností jsou okna přímo do ulice a navíc je to v přízemí, takže je naplno neotevřete, rozhodně ne přes noc. Mimo léto to podle mě nebude žádný problém. V kuchyňské lince chybí mikrovlnka, ale jídlo lze ohřát v troubě. V apartmánu se určitě v pohodě vyspí 4 lidé, např. 2 páry (jedna ložnice s manželskou postelí, druhá ložnice se dvěma jednolůžky). V případě 4 osob je ale potřeba počítat s tím, že v jedné ložnici nejsou žádné skříně."

"Great location, quiet, comfortable, plenty of room, great shower, nice coffee machine. The lock box for the keys worked great for us and we could come and go as we pleased. Early check in was greatly appreciated."

"A shower gel dispenser in the shower room would be a good addition i think and some basics in the kitchen like sugar, salt, pepper etc."

"Really great apartment with all you need. Including coffee machine, washing machine, dish washer. It is really nicely renovated but still showing the old soul of the building. The location directly between the shopping and dining area and the fortress and beach is ideal for reach everything by foot. Check in was easy and parking was also a plus."

"Large livingroom - kitchen area ( whole floorspase could be mentioned). Car park at the properties common (8 apartments) courtyard with a remote controlled gate is exelent. Owerall privacy."

"A removable air cooler does not make an apartement an aircondioned. Safety level of the doors locking is aged."

"very nice apartment, in a very nice building, in the center of the city and in one of the nicest places. The apartment is very comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with every utensil for cooking, the owner is very responsive, I noticed a small mark on my pillowcase, even though the bedding just came from the laundry, but I asked to change it, the owner arranged it very quickly, I am very grateful for that. The apartment had an air conditioner, a dishwasher, a washing machine and, most importantly for us, a coffee machine."

"the apartment was generally clean but there were small things that could be payed more attention, there were some small dusty areas, some marks on the pillowcase ( I want to mention that it just didn't get clean after washing, but if you notice), there were oily fingerprints on the door of one of the kitchen cabinet doors. But these were minor issues, overall apartment cleanliness was good, we enjoyed our stay."
