"Great location and perfect size for our family group of 4"

"Traveled with my mother and two bedrooms and baths worked nice for us. Apartment was in a great location, safe neighbourhood, everything close (shops, metro, groceries). There wete no big bars near but nornal city noses ofcourse and car traffic until nights. Matched photos and clean. Beds very comfortable and nice linen. Everything worked in the kitchen and all basic needs for cooking were there. Quiet house, slept well. Shower had good water pressure (but toilet didnt)."

"Not necessary negative, but good to know: Central location = there will be some street noise (bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper). If you have mobility issues, this apartment is on second floor = long stairs to go up to it. My mother would have liked a shower caddy to put shampoo on/i and an antislip carpet in the bathroom (she is almost 80, though), to prevent slipping/falling."

"La ubicación , el edificio estaba impecable , que por el espacio tenía dos baños bien preparados , la insonorización y la calefacción , teniendo en cuenta que viajamos en invierno"

"Si hay que decir algo malo , no tuvimos wifi dos de los tres días que estuvimos, pero tenemos que destacar que el personal se ocupó desde el primer momento ."

"Het apartement is super centraal gelegen waardoor veel cafe's, restaurants en hotspots op loopafstand zijn. Ook genoeg supermarktjes in de buurt om zelf ontbijt en diner te maken. Terras was erg prettig, wel tussen de gebouwen, geen zon."

"Er ontbrak een keukenhanddoek/theedoek, een must bij 1 vaatwastablet voor het weekend. Vaatdoek en sop wel aanwezig. De bedden waren relatief hard, en kussens erg plat."

"El sofa llit. Diuen que pot ser x 6 persones, però mo és així. . Nosaltres afirtunadament erem 5. El sofà llit es monta amb els coixins del respatller, que no queden subjectes, i fan molts bonys, essent molt incomode per dormir-hi na persona"

"Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo appartamento per quasi una settimana insieme a tre amiche.Ci siamo trovate benissimo! Pur non essendo molto grande, l’appartamento è ben attrezzato con tutti i servizi principali e, in caso di necessità, ci sono diversi supermercati nelle vicinanze.La posizione è ottima: una zona tranquilla ma comunque comoda, con negozi e servizi a poca distanza, oltre a quelli principali della Gran Via. Un altro punto a favore è stata la disponibilità e la chiarezza dei responsabili, sempre attenti e pronti ad aiutarci in caso di bisogno,flessibili per le necessità dovute all’arrivo in aeroporto. Madrid ci è piaciuta moltissimo e il soggiorno in questa struttura ha sicuramente contribuito a rendere l’esperienza ancora più piacevole.Speriamo di tornare in città, lo sceglieremmo di nuovo volentieri!"
