"It was very straight-forward to pick up keys and close to property. The property was perfect for our needs and very close to all things in Malaga Old Town centre. Also very easy access to the Alcazabar and nearby beaches. Restaurant's near to the property were excellent."

"Great location in central Malaga, easy to get to all main attractions and shopping. Easy to pick up keys from reception, staff helpful, friendly and spoke good English. Apartment was spacious, clean and secure."

"Key to building door can be a bit difficult to open but once you understand how it is easy to use. One of the bathroom extractors was not working. A few of the light bulbs did not work. One of the lamps had no switch and was taped up, not sure if it was fully safe! One of the balcony doors had no handle so unable to open and secure the shutters - very annoying at night if it hit the wall! Shutter in one of the bedrooms could not be operated. Overall these are minor issues and some investment and fixing these will elevate the experience of the apartment for future guests. Did not take away the enjoyment of staying here."

"As we were arriving out of hours we needed a key code which wasnt sent out till morning of departure. I found this far too late and didnt see why it was a security issue to get it earlier. Also found the on.line registering form was not user friendly and didnt work for uploading passport. it was only after I rang that i was told i could email a copy of our passports. Made it all rather stressful just before going. Would recommend if possible arriving during office hours ro avoid the above!"

"A beautiful apartment in a very good location to the centre. Visiting over new year it was lovely to be able to see the Christmas lights on the main strip from our small balconies. A very roomy apartment with good amenities 2 good sized double bedrooms one with en-suite the other using the main bathroom all on the upstairs level. Didn’t use much of the kitchen or dining area, but a lovely area which seemed to have most things you’d need for a short stay. Comfortable lounge area which I think also turns into the 3rd bed and would be a comfortable stay. Decorated tastefully. Booking in was a breeze! easy to find with lovely friendly and helpful staff. Always had good response and even better in person, very reassuring. Would definitely stay here again and can’t wait to return."

"The main bathrooms shower area is extremely narrow and dark could benefit from some sort of lighting. Both bathrooms are quite damp some extractors are needed, as the only way to ventilate the rooms is to open the windows, which are quite big openers. Plus some sort of heating/ towel rail in the en-suite or one that works as the only towel rail was in the main bathroom and didn’t seem to work so you end up with damp smelling towels, if your staying for a while €5 for an extra towel can add up. Better curtains in the bedroom are definitely needed as they are sheer and see through to the building opposite and also don’t keep the sun out in the morning. And the whole apartment could do with a very good deep clean very dusty under and behind units, beds and floors. Makeup splashes in the shower area of the en-suite as if someone had dropped foundation everywhere that hadn’t been cleaned up all over the walls. Just needed time spent on a deep clean. As someone else has mentioned the bottom steps in the apartment are a little hard to see we all nearly missed the bottom steps and nearly fell."

"Only niggle was on entry to apartment on first day, we had not read the instructions given to us at check in and as apartment was not clearly identifiable we went to the wrong door."

"Great location! The apartment was a very good size and well equipped, we didn't use much in the kitchen but it looked like it had everything you needed. Bedrooms were large and had plenty of storage space, one was ensuite, and there was another separate bathroom. Good quality towels, 2 hair dryers with a diffuser and shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were provided. Check-in was really easy as the office where you get the keys is only a few minutes walk away and you have the option of leaving your bags before and after. Really lovely restaurants close by and right in the centre of everything. There is a lift if you need to use it"

"Sofa wasn't very comfortable (sofa bed) Shower in bathroom is a polished plaster finish and there was visible mould marks...it would benefit from being tiled as there is no external ventilation. Would have been nice to have a bottle of water provided."
