"Po 22:30 se bez lanovky nahoru nedostanete, ve městě neoperuje ani Bolt, ani Jber ani Cabify a tudíž jediná možnost je si odpustit večerní procházku z města a vzít taxi v centru na taxi rangu. Možná by mohl hotel nabízet shuttle?"

"The location of the hotel is fantastic. We went with our 5 year old son and we enjoyed the fun fair attractions very much. One of the days we took the cable car to go to the city and come back and it was so much fun!"

"Fantastic location situated high above the bay of San Sebastian. Our room had a Panoramic view of the ocean & the beach. Sitting on the balcony was one of the best views in town."

"Wonderful location, lovely staff but the devil is in the detail. The views, sunsets and rises, location, decor, staff all made our stay memorable however there is a lack of consistency and attention to detail that lets the overall product down. Much has been said in previous reviews however, we found if we brought anything to a member of staff notice the problem was rectified immediately with a smile. Excellent choices for breakfast in lovely dining room, bar was always well staffed with attentive service and the maintenance of the swimming pool and terrace was superb. Spectacular pool and not too warm which made for a wonderfully refreshing dip. Lots of fun being almost part of the attraction park on the summit of Monte Igeuldo. Free parking by the entrance to the hotel which seemed very secure. If you need a taxi reception rings and one comes very quickly. The funicular up and down to town is regular and hotel guests get a discount."

"A lot of money has been spent on refurbishing the hotel but the planters all had dead flowers along the balconies and some areas of the terraces. If watering is now too environmentally unfriendly perhaps not have any at all. The bar food was inconsistent, generally excellent but on our last evening stone cold. It was rectified very quickly, however. Similarly the hot section during the breakfast service was usually hot and replenished quickly but on the last morning everything was cold."

"The view was spectacular, the bar and public areas very clean/tidy. The room was clean and very comfortable."

"There was a wedding which we only found out about when we arrived, meaning it was quite noisy at times, quite late. Unfortunately even though we arrived at midday we were refused early check in, so spent the day in the town and returned quite late at which point our requirement for a low level room was quite difficult to accommodate resulting in us being downgraded as a solution."
