"From California and had a short 1 week trip in Addis Ababa, It was my 3rd time staying here and customer service is always great. The manager Kalkidan speaks perfect english and she's very helpful and quick to resolve any issues. The apartment comes with 24/7 security so its very safe. The Unit is very clean and has hot water in the bathroom. Being bug free and having hot water are 2 important requirements that helps to decide where I stay. Very spacious 1 bedroom which is a bargain for the price. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Addis Ababa"
"I loved everything"

"mon séjour à été un véritable régal je conseille vivement cette structure aux futurs arrivant. Le personnel est cordiale attentif et aimable. À chaque fois que j’avais des déplacements ils m’aidaient à commander un ride même quand ce n’était plus leurs heures de travail. La structure est très propre et silencieuse. Je recommande vivement"

"HONESTLY, I have lived in more than one place before, including a hotel, and I have never seen anything like the cleanliness of the place, the sophistication of its owner, the supervisor and the workers, with the utmost honesty and taste in dealing. In addition, you feel that you are at home. The location is close to the city center. I thank you, Iconic, and I wish you further progress and success."
