"The room was beautiful and comfortable. We were all the time shocked about the beautiful view when going out of the room. . The communication and support from the hosts is perfect. They gave us direction for everything and when our cars battery died, helped us by wiring their battery. Friendly and kind people, comfortable rooms, beautiful view and amazing prices. What more could you want? Highly recommended."

"Borjomi is one of our favourite Georgian towns and Alex's place is perfect to explore it. With all the local knowledge of what to see and where to eat, Alex and his family are invaluable source of information (not only about town but virtually about anywhere in Georgia). The rooms are nice and cosy and we noticed that we had the best sleep there in ages. All the facilities are present, we didn't feel like missing anything."
"There's a bit of a climb to the property from the street level - we enjoyed it as part of the fitness routine but that might be an issue for people with limited mobility"

All in a beautiful context, very clean and tidy, there is also a large panoramic terrace. The host is really welcoming and thoughtful, available for any information and need. "Prostorný pokoj a hezká koupelna, vše podle popisu při rezervaci. Ubytovatelka byla velmi příjemná a poradila, co je ve městě k vidění. Dům je kousek od centra, 5 minut chůze je za řekou velký farmářský trh a vede skoro až k hlavnímu náměstí. U náměstí je muzeum s hezkým velkým parkem. Ve městě je k dispozici taxi BOLT, kdy jste chtěli někam dojet."

"Nejlepší jídlo, které jsme na treku měli, bylo v tomto penzionu. Večeře a snídaně formou švédského stolu a v jídelně se nacházela i lednička s vyhlazenými nápoji včetně piva a vína. Platí se za ně zvlášť, ale přijdou vhod. Měli jsme pokoj se sdílenou koupelnou, ale záchod byl zvlášť a vše bylo perfektně čisté."
