"Umístění hotelu s výhledem na kopce je nádherný. Není jiná budova ve výhledu, je na kopci a kousek bokem od New Gudauri a sjezdovky. Snídaně bohatá s lokálními produkty i evropská verze. 2 polštáře na výběr."

"Wellness nefunguje celý den, musíte na recepci a požádat o spuštění sauny a páry... ne vždy sauna teplá. Bazén malý a relativně teplý. Personál moc nemluví anglicky, tak je složitější domluva. Nefungovala kuchyně ani restaurace pro běžný provoz, museli jsme jinde na jídlo ( červenec 2025), pokud se nespokojíte s pizzou nebo Chačapuri do krabice. Nepochopitelně drahá káva."

"Friendly staff, Sauna and facilities, breakfast , location, all excellent. For skiing there is a free shuttle to Shino and on the way back we could snowboard until Alpina Hotel and walk 2 minutes to the hotel. Very convenient."

"Extremely good place. Spacious and clean rooms, great facilities and nurturing tasty breakfast. Above all the service was perfect!!! Everyone smiled to us and Nina was the most kindest with respect to any request we had including doing her outmost best with allowing us late checkout that we can refresh before our flight back home. Super appreciated. Highly recommend and best value for money !"

"The only very minor remark is my recommendation to add shuttle also to the main gondola in New Guadori. Currently there is a shuttle to close elevator but in opinion even twice a day shuttle to the main gondola will make this place perfect with no brain decision compared to other less and more expensive hotels."

"Monte is a cozy, welcoming property. The best part about Monte is Nina, she is so so warm, friendly and a great asset. She assisted us without reservations, day planning and is absolutely adorable."

"The view was amazing ! I think it’s the only hotel that you get such a beautiful view of the snowy mountains without anything intercepting it. Also the stuff was very polite and helpful. Plus the pool and the sauna was very good."

"The view from the room was unforgettable. All the rooms overlook the snow slopes. Very very beautiful.. the hotel itself is small and intimate. Nina at the front desk was exceptional."

"It is not a 4 star hotel. They forgot to keep towels for us and even when asked, they only gave us 1 towel. The menu was quite limited. The overall feel and upkeep of the hotel was fitting for a 3 star hotel. But the view made up for it I guess."
