"We stayed at Tamta Apartment during our trip to Tbilisi and had a wonderful experience. Tamta’s mother was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming, and she made us feel truly at home from the very beginning. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided. The location is also a big plus — it’s close to the city center and main attractions, making it very easy to get around. We had a great time in Tbilisi, and our stay here played a big part in that. Many thanks to Tamta and her mother. Highly recommended!"

"Very nice and forthcoming owner, cool apartment even in the heat (no airco needed), very comfortable beds, two bathrooms, very spacious,, very close to historic landmarks"

"The living room is quite dark (no windows). The dogs in the yard would start barking unexpectedly any time of day or night, just next to the apartment, so very loud. Bathroom area smelt a bit of sewage."

"Location! Near to 2 super market and very big shopping centre and many restaurants and café. There is nearby also a gym. Nearby a hill with amazing view ! . You can go everywhere by foot! Facilities of the apartment. Nothing is missing! Very big refrigerator! Very very friendly owners! The apartment has autonomous heating system! Very clean apartment! Thanks owners for everything! 😃 High recommended!"

"Удобно расположенная, чистая и с любовью обустроенная квартира для тех, кто хочет побывать в сердце старого Тбилиси, рядом с небольшим парком недалеко от нижней станции фуникулёра и в нескольких минутах ходьбы от Проспекта Руставели. Очень приветливая хозяйка, у которой можно всегда спросить совета про рестораны или достопримечательности."

"Квартира на первом этаже, поэтому иногда были слышны звуки снаружи. Это нельзя назвать большим недостатком, потому что улочка, на которую выходят окна, очень тихая и по ней практически не ездят автомобили. Иногда мне казалось, что такси, на котором мы приезжали, было единственным автомобилем за вечер."

"Проживали с семьей в данных апартаментах 6 дней и отмечали новый год! Прекрасная, комфортная, чистая, уютная квартира. Удобное расположение от центра старого города и современной инфраструктуры. Огромное спасибо радушной хозяйке Нино за гостеприимство и ощущение себя как дома! Однозначно рекомендую! *Для большего уюта рекомендую поставить в гостиной торшер или настольную лампу с теплым светом)"
