"It's a quiet neighborhood with birds singing in the morning and the smell of wood smoke in the evening. It's a 15-minute walk to the city center, and the climb is not exhausting. The owner's chacha, wine, and pastries are excellent. David provided us with two nighttime transfers to the airport. He is a very dignified and intelligent person who speaks excellent Georgian, English, and Russian. He also organized tours for us. Thank you so much, David. Only Kutaisi, only David."

"This is a beautiful cozy house with everything you need for a short or long vacation. Freshly decorated, clean everywhere, full kitchen equipment, even some food - sweets, tea and coffee. A wonderful hospitable host gave us a free ride from the bus station to the house in his car and treated us to a bottle of good homemade wine. Very comfortable beds, dark and quiet at night, fresh air, a magnificent view of the mountains. Around the house there is a small well-kept garden with cats who really want to make friends with you :) The tourist center of the city and some beautiful tourist sites are a 15-20 minute walk down the mountain. We vacationed as a family of three, we are all very happy, and you'll love it too, I'm sure!"
"For us it was absolutely not a problem, but the way home included the obligatory 180 steps on the stairs and additionally about the same distance in height without steps on the road between the houses up the mountain. Excellent fitness after a hearty meal in the restaurant )) The gas heater makes quite loud noises, we preferred to turn it off at night, fortunately the weather was not too cold."

"Cold was coming through the main door as well as smoke when someone was smoking outside, door didn't seal well. There was just one blanket in one room (on the bed for couples) and it was small so we were fighting for it."

"It is well located accommodation if one does the Mestia-Ushguli trek. The hosts are very hospitable as well as their lovely children. We tried only the breakfast, but as it is mentioned in other reviews, the food is fantastic and homemade. It is also very clean and tidy."

Platí se za ně zvlášť, ale přijdou vhod. Měli jsme pokoj se sdílenou koupelnou, ale záchod byl zvlášť a vše bylo perfektně čisté."

"The location is great, the room itself was clean, but there were stuff which I did not like. For example, the door of the balcony was not functioning properly, additionally, the bathroom door handle was partially loose, and the room door itself did not function properly, it required significant effort to close and was not smooth when locking. We were also dissatisfied with the breakfast, as the selection was very limited and the food was not pleasant to eat, so we left without having breakfast. Overall, there were some minor issues, however it was acceptable for a 1–2 night stay, especially since the room was genuinely clean and there were no shortcomings in that regard."

"The hotel is not in the center of the town, but that was exactly what we wanted. It has a big territory and we enjoyed walking around it. It also has kids and sports playgrounds. The area is very quiet. Spa is included. It has sauna and swimming pool. The restaurant was very nice, we enjoyed both breakfast and lunch there."
