"Hezká lokalita pod horami s výhledem na Kazbeg, hezký domeček se společnou jídelnou a obývákem. V domě bylo teplo a kuchyň vybavená. Dostatek ručníků"

"Velmi špinavá kuchyň, špinavé a olepené všechno nádobí, v domě běhala myš, takže jsme museli schovávat všechno jídlo. Špinavý olepený stůl, špinavé koberce u postelí. Povlečení vypadalo hezky, ale bylo umělé, takže velmi elektrizovalo. Ucpaný odpad ve sprchovém koutě, voda odtékala velmi pomalu. Nebyli jsme dopředu informováni o výpadkách vody, i když to bylo jen na pár minut denně. Velmi špatná komunikace, paní neuměla ani anglicky ani rusky. Platit jsme museli hned při příjezdu. Kdybychom si nejdříve zkontrolovali čistotu domu, neubytovali bychom se."

"It’s a nice log cabin, it was nice and warm inside and the furniture was comfortable. It could be a lot nicer. It was a cheap room rate. It was in the right location for Stepantsminda."

"The kitchen was falling apart. We paid a 150GEL cash deposit, but were only offered 140GEL back with the remaining offered in small change. It seems an unnecessary system. The property was inspected before we got the deposit back and I left some toiletries in the bathroom which the hostess didn’t mention. The power was out in the morning so the bathroom was dark. The shower drain was blocked so I had to unblock it, the bathroom smelt unpleasant. The pillows smelt old and musty."

"We stayed at “Old Hunt” and were immediately concerned about cleanliness—there was visible dust throughout—and the staircase to the upper floor was dangerously steep and difficult to use. We didn’t report this, as we could manage. However, on the last day, a bathroom ceiling light fixture suddenly fell on its own. When we checked, we saw it had been poorly installed (barely held by two small screws in thin plastic) with clear signs of past issues (multiple old holes nearby). We informed the host out of concern for safety, not to complain. Instead of appreciating our honesty, the host became aggressive, denied any prior issues, and blamed us. She contradicted herself by saying the fixture had lasted 7 years, yet also claimed it was just renovated in January. She refused to return our ID (which she held as a deposit) and demanded we call someone to fix the light . We calmly reattached it by ourselves within minutes and showed her, yet she still hesitated to return the ID until we insisted. We acted responsibly and kindly, and were met with blame and hostility."

"When we first entered the house it smelled of cleaning products, this shows how clean the host is, her house is very clean and cozy, everything is clean from kitchen utensils, blankets, towels. The host herself is very nice and polite. My family and I absolutely loved staying at her hut and we would most definitely like to be her guests again."
