That’s exactly the experience we had at Paskunji Apartments. The apartment is stunning, with every detail thoughtfully considered — from the linen and mattresses to the lighting and fully equipped appliances (with everything you need to use them). The décor is especially beautiful, with carefully chosen lamps, artwork, and pottery that create a truly special atmosphere. The real gem is the inner courtyard, where you can sit with a book under a persimmon tree or enjoy a relaxed dinner with family or friends. Lily is an incredibly hospitable host. It truly felt like we were visiting her home. She shared wonderful recommendations on what to see, which made our stay even more special. We are already dreaming of coming back. "Very good location within walking distance of the old town with nice shops for coffee, restaurants for lunch and bars for drinks in the same block as the apartment. Extremely clean, spacious and nicely decorated!! The stay was really enjoyable and found ourselves returning at the apartment in the middle of the day for short rests. The host was very hospitable, always available in case any help or directions were needed. Really appreciated scheduling our taxi for our departure flight which was very early morning hours. An ideal stay for sure!"

"Authentic Tbilisi house with remained classic entry in the heart of the city. Very close to any Tbilisi landmark, Sololaki and Galleria shopping mall. Nice pubs and cafes on the street of the hotel. Very well furnished with georgian cultural elements. Liked the custom painting with the alphabet. Amazing host!"

"I had an excellent 5-night stay at Paskunji Residence. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was at home. The hotel is exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything was organized and spotless throughout my stay. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Old Town, with easy access to all the main attractions, restaurants, and walking areas. It made moving around the city very simple and enjoyable. A very special thanks to Lili for her outstanding hospitality. She treats guests like family and genuinely cares about their comfort. From the first day until the last, she was welcoming, kind, and always ready to help. I even needed assistance at 5 AM once, and she answered my call immediately and made sure everything was fine. That level of care and professionalism is rare. It was truly a wonderful experience, and whenever I return to Tbilisi, I will definitely stay here again."

"Prostorný pokoj a hezká koupelna, vše podle popisu při rezervaci. Ubytovatelka byla velmi příjemná a poradila, co je ve městě k vidění. Dům je kousek od centra, 5 minut chůze je za řekou velký farmářský trh a vede skoro až k hlavnímu náměstí. U náměstí je muzeum s hezkým velkým parkem. Ve městě je k dispozici taxi BOLT, kdy jste chtěli někam dojet."

"Nejlepší jídlo, které jsme na treku měli, bylo v tomto penzionu. Večeře a snídaně formou švédského stolu a v jídelně se nacházela i lednička s vyhlazenými nápoji včetně piva a vína. Platí se za ně zvlášť, ale přijdou vhod. Měli jsme pokoj se sdílenou koupelnou, ale záchod byl zvlášť a vše bylo perfektně čisté."
