"New Tbilisi is in reality like an apartment complex with about 15-20 mid rise towers. All in walkable distance from the main goodaura gondola. This specific apartment is corner apartment on 2 floor in loft 1 building, with separated bedroom much better than the studios available. The building has a spar supermarket on the ground level, very convenient."

"Not an issue with the host or apartment .. but be advised parking is not easy. It is extremely busy and people drive crazy. Difficult to get a park nearby on the weekend."
"It's a smaller but very nice apartment! Ideal for families or friends who want to enjoy the winter or even the summer. Clean, good equipped, everything what's needed is right next to the place: shops, restaurants, pharmacy, taxi..."

"The space is very efficiently used, as the room could easily accommodate my wife and kids with the bunk bed and larger bed. It was so nice to have two balconies with different views. The location is excellent! It's right near many ski rental places, restaurants, cafes, and the gondolas. It was also easy to communicate with the host. He was able to assist with setting up a driver for our transportation from Kutaisi. Overall, a wonderful experience in Gudauri!"

"Super kontakt z gospodynią - sympatyczna, była stale dostępna i upewniała się, czy wszystko nam pasuje. Świetna lokalizacja, 10 metrów od wyjścia wypożyczalnia sprzętu, restauracja i bary. Bardzo blisko do stoku narciarskiego. Sklep spożywczy tuż przy wejściu do budynku. Wysoki standard w stosunku do ceny, była zmywarka, czyste ręczniki, podstawowe kosmetyki, niczego nie brakowało. Bardzo polecam :)"

"Absolutely, the host and the location! Miss Tamar was such a very welcoming person. Although she wasn’t there physically, she was always keeping in touch making sure we have all the things we needed. She was very sweet and very kind. After our stay she invited us to come back in summer and offered her apartment for free! That’s absolutely awesome! Thank you, Miss Tamar for your very warm hospitality! The location was great. My favorite part of the apartment was the two balconies facing on different sides. You can see people skiing on the distance and beautiful buildings around the property. I highly recommend this apartment to everyone!"

"The location couldn't be better—just a few steps from the gondola, with ski rentals and restaurants nearby, and even a supermarket conveniently located on the ground floor of the building. The host is incredibly kind and accommodating. The property looks exactly as it does in the pictures—beautiful, clean, and cozy! I'll definitely be recommending her apartment to others!"

"Prostorný pokoj a hezká koupelna, vše podle popisu při rezervaci. Ubytovatelka byla velmi příjemná a poradila, co je ve městě k vidění. Dům je kousek od centra, 5 minut chůze je za řekou velký farmářský trh a vede skoro až k hlavnímu náměstí. U náměstí je muzeum s hezkým velkým parkem. Ve městě je k dispozici taxi BOLT, kdy jste chtěli někam dojet."

"Nejlepší jídlo, které jsme na treku měli, bylo v tomto penzionu. Večeře a snídaně formou švédského stolu a v jídelně se nacházela i lednička s vyhlazenými nápoji včetně piva a vína. Platí se za ně zvlášť, ale přijdou vhod. Měli jsme pokoj se sdílenou koupelnou, ale záchod byl zvlášť a vše bylo perfektně čisté."
