Amada Colossos Resort

"Hotel je krásný, jídlo famózní, personál milý. Zázemí hotelu nabízí mnoho možností k využití volného času. Pokoj menší, ale výborné postele, všude ticho. Vstup do moře malé oblázky, písek, voda průzračně čistá. Boty do vody nejsou nutné. U hotelu staví loď, která vás pohodlně zaveze do přístavu do hlavního města. Tento hotel si 5* opravdu zaslouží!"

"Vlastně ani není co vytknout. V beach baru mohl být větší výběr jídla na oběd, ale vždy je možnost zajít do hlavní restaurace. Do pokoje se vlastně vchází téměř koupelnou - je to takový open space."

"Service was excellent. Very polite and helpful staff."

"Feels a little petty, but you'd think that a hotel would have some English language TV stations that were not just news. Couple of film channels? Kids channel?? Otherwise excellent."

"It was a lovely room and a nice basket of fruit and champagne on arrival"

"Given key and no directions given room 1001 Had to go back and ask where our room was Bar staff not very keen on serving . More interested standing at the bar chatting Cleaners take no notice of a do not disturb and walk in regardless Had access to executive lounge. Waitress phoned reception to see if we were eligible. Made us feel very unwelcome . She gave us tea and no milk and left the room. I went behind the bar to get milk and a yoghurt that was in the chiller. Very disappointing experience"

"Pools and sunbed area was great. Live music all over the place was a lovely touch. Restaurant dining areas (a la carte) were delicious. Shows and entertainment team were great fun and good quality"

"Water slides weren’t open a lot!?"

"Huge and varied food selection throughout the day. Enormous pool. Lots of different entertainment and plenty of bars. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good WiFi. Clean and spacious rooms. We were surprised just how much was included in the all inclusive it was great."

"Nothing. (Maybe a lot of unsupervised children and teenagers in the pool area)."

"We Love all, The Service was Above and beyond, the Food was Excellent, the swimming pool huge and the activity's are very nice, I would especially like to praise the service at the front desk and the hotel room manager"

"We loved everything, a vacation you won't forget"

"Family Room, friendly, helpful staff, efficient service; from the restaurant staff, front desk, to the evening entertainment team led by Alex."

"The room was very modern, all the details thought through. The hotel is very clean, the pool is amazing. There are slides for kids in a separate zone. Food at the main and a la carte restaurants was very good, and the restaurants staff extremely friendly. The reception was helpful in any issues we addressed. The location is very convenient to explore the island. The life music programme was great, each time it was like a good quality concert."

"Strangely enough, as compared to the rest of the hotel, the beach bar was very dirty, always food leftovers and sticky tables. The same goes for the pool bar in the evening, in the end I got antiseptic tissues and cleaned the table myself before we sat down. The evening programme for kids was quite primitive, and I don’t find the reservation system at the kids club convenient, you can’t just walk in with your child and have to pick and wait for a free slot. There are not enough sunbeds and parasols by the pool, at 10 am it was almost impossible to find a place for three."

"Variety of different pools - adults and children enjoyed. Breakfast was very broad. All staff made sure we had a great stay (from the cleaning lady joking to the coo)."

"We enjoyed everything. An only minus is the condition of the tennis equiptment, but that isnt even a hard minus. We are Finnish so our timetable is different, but maybe activities for the children 18-20 (we eat dinner around 17-19 and go to sleep 21 the latest :D)"

"The complex is immaculate and situated in a perfect position with access to transport should you wish to explore. The staff and management deliver outstanding service at all times, day and night. The main food restaurant offers high quality dishes with such fantastic variety each lunch and evening sittings. The Ala Carte restaurants were amazing, food and service made it a truly exceptional experience and easy to book. Our bedroom was spacious and boasted a lovely view. Comfortable bed and pillows, cleaned daily. The pool was sparkling clean, we loved the pool bar and found this a treat to visit. All in all, our holiday was wonderful, and this was due to attention to detail, exceptional customer service, an outstanding Hotel. We are booking to go again next year, for two weeks. Thank you !"
