"Soundproofing could be better, and I thought the lighting was poor - there were no bedside lights. For me the breakfast was disappointing but plenty of guests obviously thought otherwise. The coffee was hardly drinkable and there was a lot of rather non-wholesome food. It all felt a bit impersonal."
"Unaware a school group was booked into the hotel. Excited young people ran around Level 3, banging on doors, shouting, screaming out until 2am. Never heard an adult or a teacher ask them to be quiet for other guests, it was like they had full run of the hotel. For a disabled unit the bed was extremely low and hard and the toilet was positioned very badly."
