"There are a lot of steps to the property - maybe difficult for some. We had a porter carry our bags to and from the taxi, we had informed the property beforehand - cab stops a long way away from the hotel."

"The view from every room in this establishment is breathtaking. It is very clean. The front desk people are very nice and helpful, taking care of every little details during our stay. The proximity to the hiking trail to Oia, it starts at the Hotel!"

"Your breakfast is brought to your room, which is nice, lukewarm coffee and eggs every morning, not so much. We also found that placing our order the day before was a bit bothersome. It's a very quiet hotel, the only noise that was constant were the chamber maids. They should be more discreet."

"Awesome sunset view, stay here for location and if you like watching sunset while sipping your favourite drink, without too much of a crowd like in Oia."

"When I tried opening the door it came right off, which could have been hazardous. However it was fixed quickly so I appreciate it."

"Staff were fantastic. Above and beyond with helpfulness, friendly, professional. View amazing. Sunset over the water just lovely. Breakfast great. Bar area we didn't use, nor pool, but they looked good. Bedding and towels clean. Full size fridge handy."

"Our Cave apartment was so noisy with the wind, though we found a solution on 3rd night. Musty smell, so needs better ventilation. Beds could do with mattress toppers to add comfort. Bathrooms need updating, proper de-moulding. Would be nice to include refreshing of teabags, coffee pods and 2 water daily without needing to ask (pay for coffee pods)."

"Amazing views, it felt very private whilst still being in a convenient location. More relaxed vibes compared to Fira and Oia. staff are very helpful and friendly. Especially when we had to extend our stay due to unforeseen weather."
