"Perfektní poloha místa, dobré spaní i když nebyl ventilátor ani a/c, ale bylo skvělé počasí. Zdarma káva či čaj po celý den i pitná voda z botellonu. V okolí skvělé restaurace i supermarket."

"Stayed in a private room with private bathroom. It was clean, with hot water in the shower and great central location. The room was right by reception and windows were facing the hallway so might be an issue for light sleepers, but wasn’t a problem for me as it wasn’t noisy. I stayed for 1 night before acatenango so had a chance to get a good sleep and have private space to sort myself out. They also have a hair dryer in reception (just have to pay the deposit which is returned as soon as the hair dryer is returned). Staff are very polite and I was able to store my bags before check in."

"Moisture issue which seems to be common in Guatemala, but the bed sheets were slightly moist :( wasn’t an issue for 1 night but I would struggle if I stayed longer."

"Main selling point is the location, which is great, right in the middle of Antigua. Hot water was available pretty easily. Nice rooftop deck/sitting area. Relatively clean."

"Room facilities pretty basic. Wifi barely worked in the room, needed to sit outside in common area to get a strong signal. Rooms not very soundproof. Easy to be woken up by other guests coming back late at night or by staff moving furniture early in the morning."

"Spacious Dorm, I had a lovely, dark, quiet area. The roof top was also super with great views. It was also kept very clean."

"Louis, night staff was great, friendly and some English. The girls in the day not too helpful/friendly & unfortunately no English, very hard at a Hostal when one needs information. There is no Tour or travel info up, surprising. Plus no kitchen, not even a kettle for tea. Maybe they can change this?"

From reception, day and night, to all the people who clean (and there is literally somebody cleaning all the time 😊).
