Odmrazit lednici by bylo třeba. Snad lepší nádobí koupit. Označení hostelu nevyhovující, velmi nepatrně, všichni cizinci bloudí kolem. Vypadá to jen na rodinný domek. Chce to velký nápis.

"A home away from home. A lot of Zimbabwe accommodation is bad quality and over priced but this place is excellent. They have e multi channel TV decent WiFi in the lounge area. Reasonable breakfast included. Very nice staff"

Only the locations ten kilometres from the city. WiFi does not reach the last rooms very well. Everything else is prefect.

"The location is amazing. Grocery store very close by. It's cozy. Large room and clean, comfortable beds. Rachelle was amazing. Went beyond by providing some did you know?... sound of falls in pool was soothing. Kitchen facilities clean and complete with all needs. Yes I would come back in a heart beat."

Pool abit dirty and not clean completely. I would add ice machine or an available freezer for our ice. Lack of close by restaurants is a bummer.

Tout était appréciable, au niveau de l’emplacement et pour l’espace d’ensemble. La piscine a un petit problème de fuite d’où un niveau de hauteur d’eau un peu bas. Ceci n’a que très peu altéré le plaisir de s’y être baigné.

"Wonderful to be the only guests staying in the hotel, it felt special to have a chef come in to make our meals, which were very good. We had our dog with us sge was showing in a competition on site, she was welcomed and as we were the only guests she sat in the dining room with us. She was very relaxed and the next day came 1st in her Breed. We will return for another event soon."

Perhaps the bedroom could have been warmer.

the road on the way was the biggest problem if you have small vehicle will be best to drive down with a 4X4 vehicle

"Snídaně jsme bohužel neměli, na recepci nás upozornili, že není sezona a výběr je tedy omezený .Personál na recepci byl velmi milý, zvláště jedna holčina . Klidná lokalita . Autobusová zastávka celkem blízko , i centrum a nákupní možnosti byly v docházkové vzdálenosti."

Lepší mohlo být to, že jsme měli pronajatý skůtr a každý den jsme parkovali před vchodem. Bohužel jsme nevěděli, že máme parkovat příčně a nikdo z místních - tedy z personálu, který nás denně potkával při příjezdu i odjezdu nás na to neupozornil- nebo neporadil , naopak na nás poslali policii a dostali jsme pokutu. Dále byla škoda, že na pokoji nebyla alespoň malá lednička a třeba konvice na uvaření kávy a čaje. Asi 2 x za náš pobyt kdy v noci přijížděli nebo odjížděli hosté byl opravdu velký hluk, který nás vzbudil a trval celkem dlouho.

Překvapení byla lokalita hotelu, kdy hned naproti bylo vězení Maafushi, ale vůbec nic nejde slyšet, neruší, jakoby tam nebylo.

"Lokalita hned u hlavního náměstí v tiché části. Design, pohodlí, čokolády na všech postelích po příchodu :-). Kávy a čaje na celou dobu ubytování."

K hrnkům by mohly být alespoň lžičky.. Chyběl šampon na vlasy , byly zde pouze sprchové gely.

"A very warm and helpful host who gave us great support. My mother unfortunately injured herself while hiking and he didn't hesitate for long and applied hot compresses with salt. As she could no longer walk, he even gave her a walking frame and drove us personally to the train station on our departure. The location was great. "Excellent apartments. Clean, functional and in very good location. It was one of the best hotels in the region of West Africa."

"Ten koloniální dům byl naprosto výjimečný. Ta atmosféra uvnitř byla skvělá. Nic podobného jsem ještě nikde neviděl. Personál byl super, při odjezdu nám zařídili i odvoz na letiště. Postel měla super matraci. Za celou cestu po Kapverdách sem se nikde tak dobře nevyspal. Opravdu úžasné místo."

V koupelně úplně neodtékala dobře voda, takže když se tam vysprchovali 4 lidi, celá místnost se proměnila v bazén. Holt stará budova má i své mouchy, ale to byla jen taková drobnost.

The location was a but challenging, nothing to eat close by or to have a walk, but the owner was driving us everywhere, they were so nice

"If you're looking for a quiet place, Villa Serenity by the Water is where you need to go... and yet, it's just a throw of stone away from shops and busy places... as for the breakfast, I must say I've enjoyed the sweetest omelette ever, accompanied with a selection of fruits/yoghurt/toasts... exactly what I needed to start my next journey on the right foot !!!... apart from that, rooms are large, very well quiped and nicely decorated... making your stay real enjoyable !"

I found it a little difficult to adjust temperature in the shower as it is a sophisticated model with thermostat... but had I stayed longer, I would have asked for advice and I'm sure I would have mastered the issue !

"Hostal is in a very quiet location. There is a lot of space around to park the car. Room had a perfect hard mattresses, was very clean and air condition worked perfectly. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Great location in the heart of the old town. The property also has a wonderful roof terrace which gives good views over the mosque and old town. The hotel manager was very friendly and helpful. Great sleep despite being in the centre of the old town (no traffic noise). Excellent value for money."

Possibly the size of the bathroom is a bit small, but that was my fault as I chose the single room.

We could close the gates so the dogs couldn’t get in, this allowed the kids to play outside. The three year old was so excited to have swings. After time in the outer islands we really needed to freshen up, so the showers and washing machine were helpful. There was good amounts of drying space, the kitchen was fully functional, and we were given our space to enjoy our holiday."

Tonga is super basic so expectations of any accomodation need to keep this in mind.

From the very first moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome – everyone was so kind, friendly and attentive, which created a really warm and relaxing atmosphere. The views were absolutely beautiful and we could truly enjoy and admire them during our stay. It made the whole experience even more special. Both the dinner and the breakfast were delicious and the overall standard of the hotel was excellent. Everything was very well taken care of and we felt really comfortable throughout our stay. It’s a fantastic place for a relaxing getaway and we would happily come back again. Thank you for such a lovely experience!"

"Ubytování jsem využili při cestě s Chorvatska a splnilo to naše očekávání. Poloha a zařízení hotelu byla OK. Večer jsme poseděli na zahradě a využili jsme možnosti se sami obsloužit...víno, pivo, limo, káva...atd stačilo jen napsat na číslo pokoje. V neděli večer a v pondělí je zavřená kuchyň tak s tím počítat. Jinak vše bylo v pořádku."

"Location was very tropical and peaceful … nicely tucked away. Tony is an amazing service person and goes above and beyond. He’s very attentive he’s a great resource for things to do as well."

The cleanliness and the condition of furniture need an upgrade! The cabinet needs to be ripped out and replaced, stove and items need a deep clean and shower needs a proper shower head sorta spittled as opposed to showered.
