"Price is reasonable but it is cheaper to book directly on the hotel’s official website. Location is convenient, 10 minutes walking from metro station, lots of restaurants and 7 eleven near the hotel. Room is a bit old but comfortable."

"The hotel is in an excellent location, ideal for us, being in the NT, near Sha Tin's two MTR stations. We had decent wi fi in our room, a kettle with tea and coffee, a fridge and working air con. We also had a decent breakfast included in our room rate."
"Nothing major: when we checked in there were big tourist tours waiting to check in. As a result, there were long queues for breakfast sometimes with no available tables, even when you arrive there before 8am! The room allocated was a 'new/modern' one, but it was small. Luckily, there was an extra 3rd single bed which we used to place our luggage. Otherwise, we would not have enough space."

"Big variety of choices, including fresh fruit is a big bonus for myself personally. Staffs are very good. Tables are very clean. Location of my room was very good, only one room next to mine, pretty quite. Room service ladies are very friendly and helpful."

"I like the size of the room. The family room fits four people exactly and considering that we have big luggages. I so love the mountain view, too. Staring outside the window looking at the view of the mountain while drinking my coffee was absolutely perfect 👌. The laundry also came in handy."
"Last week of December is one of the peak seasons in HK, so we have to wait for our turn to check in but I guess it's is normal since there were a lot of guests. Overall, I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and I'll definitely come back."
