"Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist sehr schön, es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und die Aufteilung der Zimmer sind für große Familien und Gruppen die keinen Neubau erwarten, sehr gut geeignet. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen. Simona und Ton waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich."

Die Heizung und das warme Wasser werden wie viele Heizung in der Region durch eine Nachtspeicherheizung erwärmt. Hier wäre es schön wenn man einen Holzofen in den öffentlichen Räumen hätte, um noch schneller auf die gewünschte Temperatur zu kommen.

I didn't like the front door as the wind blew through very easily.

"Velice vstřícný pronajímatel, dobrá cena, perfektní domluva, rychlé reakce, příjemné jednání. Ubytování bylo celkově velice pohodové. Majitel má úžasného, přátelského, ale nevtíravého psa, jmenuje se Chardi.😉 Pokud budeme do této lokace opět cestovat, rádi zde budeme znovu bydlet, jen by jsme tentokrát zvolili domky v kopci s krásnou vyhlídkou. Pro starší a hůře pohyblivé, ale doporučujeme domky ve spodní části."

Stálo by za zvážení vyměnit matrace v ložnicích ve spodním domku. Jinak nám ubytování vyhovovalo. Pokud by jsme místo hodnotili z pohledu “horních domků”, dostalo by plný počet bodů, ale vzhledem k tomu, že jsme bydleli “dole”, je hodnocení nižší. Pro úplnou objektivitu musím napsat, že s námi byl starší člověk, proto jsme zvolili jeden ze spodních domků.

"Lovely rustic hut. It’s perfect if you prefer something out of the way. Very peaceful and beautiful views. Due to the snow there was no car access, that was ok with us, but something to consider, short walk to the hut was pretty steep. Very wintery conditions and lots of snow was particularly charming."

Given the setting we anticipated nature insects etc which by the way there were many! The baths were not in a good condition.

"Výborná lokalita, 10 minut pohodové chůze od veřejné pláže. Polovina domku se zahradou, parkováním a dostatkem soukromí, zastřešená terasa se zahradním nábytkem byla také skvělá. Velmi vstřícný přístup majitelky. Oceňuji také čistotu všech prostor."

Jedinou vadou na kráse byla absence wi-fi, kterou těžce nesly zejména děti. :-)

"La atención fue de calidez, estuvo siempre atento y facilitándonos la estadía. Es un lugar muy tranquilo y cómodo, hay todo a la disposición del visitante. La estancia es únicamente para uso del.visitante, no es compartida, lo que brinda mayor comodidad y tranquilidad."

Podría decir que el olor en un inicio es bastante húmedo, pero ya después se acostumbra y pasa un poco desapercibido.

"It's a wonderful place to stay with a family. Close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. And at the same time, in quiet area away from railway. It is a place you feel at home, kitchen is full supplied with all utensils. The host is a nice man who will always help you and give fruit. I recommend it 100%"

"From the beginning you could realise that Allison thinks of many details and cares a lot. Getting the keys and entering the house was very easy (contactless). The garden, the furniture, the book with housing rules and travel tipps, the cleanliness -> everything planned very well and with great care. Very late checkout was offered. We enjoyed the stay a lot and would clearly recommend it."

It was not clear to us that the pool was shared between 3 houses, don´t know if we just missed it. But in reality it was no issue, it was always empty, when we wanted to use it. Checkout rules could also be mentioned in the book. Despite that, it was still by far the best stay of our holidays.

The ants were a problem, but that just happens in Bermuda anyway. We sprayed some bug spray and they died down. The wind was sometimes a problem and some of the outside furniture was not secured. But im assuming this got fixed fairly quickly.

Additionally, the distance to the town center may pose a challenge for those looking to immerse themselves in Gallipoli's vibrant atmosphere, as commuting is required. However, for those prioritizing tranquility over proximity, the trade-off might be acceptable.

"Nice cabin in the jungle. The host was very supportive and waited for us in the apartment. He also gave us tips how to organise ourselfes in the village, which is a bit tricky in those closed areas in the middle of the jungle. The moskito nets where intact in Chez Faby (not in Carbet Bawouette)."

The village-wide WiFi does not work at all. There is free starlink at the grocery shop, otherwise you have no connection in the whole village. Apartment would need a thorough cleaning.

"Everything! It's super comfortable, extremely beautiful with a patio facing the sea. You wake up to the sound of waves and seagull. The owner is extremely helpful, we arrived very late and they came and guide us for the check in. So glad I choose this place."

"Very nice place for family or group of friends. Very clean and enough room for everyone (no dead bugs inside the house :D) Very peaceful place, only birds singing. Nearby river was the most entertaining part for teenagers. Bottom of the river was bit rocky, but we used shoes for swimming. Would definitely recommend this place for everyone. See you next year!"

"The experience here is once in a lifetime. It is so incredible to sit back and watch the elephants and other animals as though you’re not even there. The accomodation makes you feel like a real life Tarzan and Jane. The staff are very helpful and so kind. We had in house meals and there were amazing! The staff come and drop them off or prepare them right there in the house for you. It’s very private with no other house within earshot or sight and because it’s so peaceful you can hear the staff arriving in their cars a few minutes before they actually do. (The staff preset times with you to come by the house, ie: lunch at 12, and the only time we had an unannounced visitor was when the power went out). The sitting areas and beds are very comfortable with nice linen. The wifi is amazing."

The accomodation is very exposed to the elements with no air conditioning/heating and lots of bugs, spiders and small animals like squirrels and adorable mice type creatures present in your house. We loved this aspect but for some it could be a bit much.
