Prázdninové domy v Belgii

"Boendet ligger i Regent som ligger lite högre upp i bergen jämfört med Freetown. Det gör att det är lite svalare och inte så tryckande värme som nere i stan. Det är visserligen en bit att köra om man ska in i centrum, men samtidigt är det inte så mycket bilköer som inne i stan. Värdarna tog hand om oss på ett bra sätt och huset vi hyrde hade rätt bra standard. Hög standard för att vara i Sierra Leone."

Jag har inte något som jag inte tyckte om. Möjligen att du måste ha tillgång till egen transport om du enkelt ska ta dig till och från boendet.

"Everything! It's super comfortable, extremely beautiful with a patio facing the sea. You wake up to the sound of waves and seagull. The owner is extremely helpful, we arrived very late and they came and guide us for the check in. So glad I choose this place."

Honestly nothing at all

"Velice vstřícný pronajímatel, dobrá cena, perfektní domluva, rychlé reakce, příjemné jednání. Ubytování bylo celkově velice pohodové. Majitel má úžasného, přátelského, ale nevtíravého psa, jmenuje se Chardi.😉 Pokud budeme do této lokace opět cestovat, rádi zde budeme znovu bydlet, jen by jsme tentokrát zvolili domky v kopci s krásnou vyhlídkou. Pro starší a hůře pohyblivé, ale doporučujeme domky ve spodní části."

Stálo by za zvážení vyměnit matrace v ložnicích ve spodním domku. Jinak nám ubytování vyhovovalo. Pokud by jsme místo hodnotili z pohledu “horních domků”, dostalo by plný počet bodů, ale vzhledem k tomu, že jsme bydleli “dole”, je hodnocení nižší. Pro úplnou objektivitu musím napsat, že s námi byl starší člověk, proto jsme zvolili jeden ze spodních domků.

"Everything about the space was great, the location is very quiet and next to the ocean. The private dock was an absolute treat. The house was clean and well thought out. Lots of detail was put into the property and we really enjoyed it."

The ants were a problem, but that just happens in Bermuda anyway. We sprayed some bug spray and they died down. The wind was sometimes a problem and some of the outside furniture was not secured. But im assuming this got fixed fairly quickly.

"Místo nádherné, hodně odlehlé, v údolí mezi horami, kolem jen pár chat. Majitel milý a vstřícný. Měli jsme trochu problémy po cestě, tak pro nás i přijel. Vybavení zcela dostačující."

Schody do patra jsou trochu strmější, ale s tím jsme počítali.

"Went with extended family and had a great time! The layout of the hotel is unusual, and that (at first) made me think that it was a bit small, but hear me out... There are two things that make this an amazing experience: 1.) The clarity of the sea water and the ease of access. 2.) The staff and management are top notch: attention to customer service is second to none in all respects: from the management to the guy taking care of the rooms. Very highly recommended."

"Výborná lokalita, 10 minut pohodové chůze od veřejné pláže. Polovina domku se zahradou, parkováním a dostatkem soukromí, zastřešená terasa se zahradním nábytkem byla také skvělá. Velmi vstřícný přístup majitelky. Oceňuji také čistotu všech prostor."

Jedinou vadou na kráse byla absence wi-fi, kterou těžce nesly zejména děti. :-)

Nothing I didn't like

"Nice cabin in the jungle. The host was very supportive and waited for us in the apartment. He also gave us tips how to organise ourselfes in the village, which is a bit tricky in those closed areas in the middle of the jungle. The moskito nets where intact in Chez Faby (not in Carbet Bawouette)."

The village-wide WiFi does not work at all. There is free starlink at the grocery shop, otherwise you have no connection in the whole village. Apartment would need a thorough cleaning.

"Just a 15 min walk into town for cafes and shops. Well resourced for essential items. Good to have fans in every room"

"Yes, it was a surprise to find that we had breakfast and some supplies so we didn't have to shop on the first day we arrived. also our flight from South Africa didn't arrive until quite late and our taxi was not waiting at the airport so it was very late at night before we got to Villa Mia. In spite of this our hosts were waiting to greet us on arrival, which was much appreciated."

Maybe the host could have dropped in at some time during our stay to see how we were going.

"Everything was perfect! In real life, the house is even better than in the photos. It has four floors and a very interesting layout. Very cozy, with a lot of attention to details that make the stay comfortable. The location is excellent, and the view from the roof is wonderful. Communication with the host was instant whenever I had any questions, and he was always ready to help. I will definitely come back here again. I’m delighted!"

Location views are wonderful, very quiet location short drive up hill to San Morino and shortdrive down to Rimoni.
