It's a bit far from city center and from restaurants, so few options for vegetarians like me.

"From the airport, it’s a 20-minute drive. GPS may show that you arrive a little earlier, but once you enter the correct alley, drive a few meters further. You will need the gate to enter the villa — it’s right opposite the trees. You will see it. The town of Houmt Souk is 7–10 minutes away by car, which is very convenient if you value peace, comfort, and coziness, while still being close to the city. Having a car or using taxis is essential for your convenience. At the villa, you will hear birds singing, and there are many authentic national elements. There is a private yard, and you can also park your car on the property. If it’s cool or hot, you can turn on the air conditioners. The kitchen is well equipped, there are two bathrooms, a washing machine, and good hot-water pressure. Comfortable and self-sufficient. The polite and attentive host will guide you and help you with anything you need."

Getting to the location is difficult during winter. Car couldn’t go in so we had to lug through our luggages through the snow. But it was worth it! 😊

Wifi didn’t work in our cabin

"Už jsme tady jednou byli (před deseti lety). Snídaně dobrá, snad by mohlo být víc česttvé zeleniny. Ale za mě úplně stačilo. Personál v pohodě. Došlo k drobným změnám, ale nejsou vůbec podstatné."

Nenacházím nic negativního, snad jen to, že zrovna před naším bungalovem chyběla lavička a stůl, které byly asi už někde jinde "přemístěny" hosty.

The walk to to the beach is not bad it is right across the street however it is not a main beach so make sure to have water shoes. we didn't swim there and walked down to the area's with most of the resorts. That is a solid 20-30 minute walk one way. The only issue with walking was that if you want restaurants they are down there so having a car would be more convenient.

The host was exceptional with constant checking up to ensure everything was going smoothly. I would definitely recommend an for future stay. "1. The location was superb. It was completely quiet and provided panoramic views over the ocean from the terrace. 2. The cottage was sensitively built -compact, but with all we needed. 3. The hostess and owner were friendly and very helpful -it was a pleasure to meet them both. 4. We were on a walking holiday and access to the southern half of the island was good from here. 5. It was extremely hot during our stay. The lovely swimming pool and terrace were much appreciated. 6. Exploring the plants and seeing the birds in the compact but varied garden was a pleasure. 7. This was our best accommodation during our 4 weeks on the island."

We would have appreciated a comfortable chair in the living area. A car is needed to get to the nearest supermarket. It is close by, but walking along the road is too dangerous.

"Krásné ubytování, naprosto bezvadná velká a pohodlná postel, velká koupelna. Velmi milý a ochotný personál, vždy domluva bez problémů. Nádherná zahrada plná květin a vody, super bazén. Dobré jídlo i pití."

Asi nemám co vytknout, možná jen o trošku větší výběr jídla a nápojů, ale to byla maličkost.

"Potřebovali jsme ubytování na jednu noc na cestě na sever. Bylo to skvělé. Vše připraveno, teplý a pohodlný domek na břehu jezera i se saunou a vším potřebným za velmi dobrou cenu. Rádi využijeme příště zase."
