"This is a lovely place to stay for anyone who is wanting a break from hotel/hostel life. Rodrigo and his wife are so welcoming and kind. Everything that you need is there (coffee, tea, cold water, a fully equipped kitchen), including information and a laundry service that is great value for money (possibly the best that I have had in my 5 weeks of travelling so far!). The location is perfect for León, I feel lucky to have booked this place."

"Staff were very friendly and werw available for any kind of help. Cleanliness was also good enough including bathrooms. Price was very reasonable. And the location was also on very good spot, kind of centre location to visit the important places in beirut. The highlight were the staff and their behavior. It was a pleasant experience in that hotel."

Just little bit of issue in internet but we only spent night time at the hotel so was not that much of a problem.

"On arrival we were met at the door by a chap called Wim who was extremely friendly and helpful. He also provided some awesome tips and information for visiting Brugge. The hotel is located only a 2 minute walk from the central square and I highly recommend this tiny little gem of a hotel to anyone thinking of visiting Brugge."

"We were greeted by very friendly staff who showed us around. There was private parking under a carport with a gate, which was great. The shower had endless hot water without messing around with a boiler; quite rare in Bosnia! A 2 minute walk away was a small shop with essentials."

The bed wasn't very comfortable. The matress is very hard and the bed is noisy with every movement. Unfortunately, we didn't have a good sleep because of this.

This is a truly memorable home stay. We loved it and wished we had more time. Gently suggest upgrading bathroom.

"Chambre spacieuse, cocooning, propre, fonctionnelle, tres bien equipée, bien située et au calme. Conforme aux photos et au descriptif. Bon petit dejeuner complet deposé devant la chambre. Pain et viennoiseries extra. Stationnement pratique devant le portail dans une impasse. Anne est reactive, chaleureuse, attentionnée et de bons conseils. À refaire aux beaux jours pour profiter des velos et de la sympathique petite terrasse☀️"

"My bedroom was in the basement, it was dark, and there was a cold air-con unit in the ceiling which i could not adjust. The lamp at the bedside was broken. Downstairs lounge area was very dark, and had a small kitchenette attached. Place was convenient for US border, but far from downtown Vancouver."

Found the bedroom and entrance room dark and in the basement. It did not look at all like the photos.

"Moc se mi líbilo, že majitelka paní Milde byla neskutečně příjemná a ochotná a poskytla mi všechno co jsem potřeboval. Místo bylo klidné a naplnilo všechna moje očekávání."

Sprcha byla rozbitá, ta tak teklo jen velmi málo vody, a proto se řádně osprchovat nebylo prakticky možné. Toto ubytování blo pro více hostů, přičemž každý měl svůj pokoj, ale k mému pokoji byla ještě kuchyňka a neustálě tam někdo lezl a odnášel mi nádobí.

"After being welcomed at the jetty we received a wet towel, tasty sandwiches and a refreshing drink. The staff was super friendly and we also liked the island, the room and the breakfast. We got water every day and beach towels."

The shower is open, so the bathroom gets wet every time you shower.

Leider ist die Unterkunft nicht komplett zentral und die Bettwäsche hat etwas komisch gerochen. Ansonsten war aber alles super!

"Everything was excellent! Perfect location, walking distance to the center. Incredible restaurant next door with very friendly prices and outstanding food. Jorge is the best host I have ever had. He is very friendly and very human person. We had our car broken and he had helped us to push the car to car service and let us to store our staff in his house off the charge. Rooms are very clean, good kitchen, incredible veranda with cool view and BBQ station, hot water, fast Wi-Fi. Totally recommend"

1 socket per room is very little. No heaters in the room so in the night (we were in August) is a little chill but blankets are warm

"Odvoz z letiště i zpět, pitnou vodu jsme si mohli napustit do flašky, mohli jsme zde nechat zavazadla po dobu našeho pobytu na ostrově Tanna, pak jsme se vrátili. Kousek do centra. Při druhém pobytu jsme mohli zaparkovat půjčené auto ve dvoře. Mohli jsme si uvařit vodu i využívat lednici. Malý obchod hned vedle, dostačující."

Komunikace přes překladač, celkem bez problémů, ale nevidím snahu se něco naucit anglicky, jak se uvádí v některých komentářích. Manželka pana domácího anglicky umí, ale není k zastižení, jen přes zprávy na booking.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. loved listening to her speak of her children. the love in her eye's that that shows for her children and moko's that live in Aotearoa when speaking of them. As well as her belated husband. Thank you so much for everything and opening up your home and making us feel like family I will always remember the aroha that you have shown us whilst our visit to Rarotonga. I wish you nothing but the best. I hope anyone that books your house respects and appreciates you and your beautiful whare/ house that you work hard to maintain. If ever in Rarotoanga book this house. Meitaki maata."

"We were originally going to stay at the main Thermal Hotel, but saw this and the rating and thought why not, and so glad we did! The property is next door and in the centre, and the host is amazing. Guy called me ahead of arrival to tell me about location / access etc, and was the perfect host when we arrived. He had even set up the room TV including Netflix to our language. The rooms were not only spotless but modern with an elegant touch. Would definitely recommend."
