"We were greeted by very friendly staff who showed us around. There was private parking under a carport with a gate, which was great. The shower had endless hot water without messing around with a boiler; quite rare in Bosnia! A 2 minute walk away was a small shop with essentials."

The bed wasn't very comfortable. The matress is very hard and the bed is noisy with every movement. Unfortunately, we didn't have a good sleep because of this.

"Alfa is a very friendly host who will help you with all he can without any opportunistic motives. His place is clean and welcoming. Large and tasty breakfast included. The dinner they cooked for us was absolutely delicious, we loved the Peulh cheese! And all this at a very good price - great value for money. Very funny for us Belgians to be welcomed in Dutch :-)"

The surroundings of the house are not really beautiful, but we stayed here as an overnight stop between Cotonou and the Tanéka villages.

"It was a great location and easy to get in and out of. The lockbox was simple and it was nice to not have to deal with a front desk or coordinating to check in and out. The place was clean and there was ample space"

We had a couple dead cockroaches in the place that wasn't our favorite. We also had a line of fire ants on the wall in the master bedroom. There were also a lot of cockroaches outside of the apartment and one ended up getting into our vehicle which the kids didn't like

"My room was wonderful, airy, comfortable, clean with touches of local culture. Kevin was an excellent host, always cheerful, smiling, helpful. The bathroom was clean and the shower was spacious. The verandas are perfect. It was a great opportunity to stay amidst the local indigenous culture."

Ac and wifi worked really well and you could use the kitchen for coffee. Jay and his dog were really helpful and friendly."

"We are visiting from Australia and this was a perfect place to stay for over a week. Lovely host who was so kind. The guesthouse is only a 5 min walk to a lovely restaurant and another 5 mins to centre of town yet it’s so peaceful. Room was very clean and comfortable with great aircon. A lounge area is available with tea/coffee, fridge and microwave. Lovely outdoor seating area. I highly recommend this beautiful guesthouse."

"If you are more a visitor then a tourist, if you like exploring and going further when comfortable tourism ends, this place is for you. The authenticity, genuine friendliness and welcoming hearts of the people of the community made this stay incredibly unique and one of the best experiences of my life. When staying here one can get closer to locals, animals, cultural sights, traditions, local way of life, nature and the PNG culture in general then in any other accommodation. The PNGFE made my stay very comfortable and made me experience local life and the raw nature of PNG!!"

"Such a cozy and homey place to stay! The house itself is 254 years old, full of charm and character. The owner was so welcoming and shared the amazing story of how it was his great-great-grandfather who built it, such a cool piece of history. I also got to go up to the roof, which had a beautiful view overlooking the city and the neighborhood. Definitely made the stay extra special"

The location - a short drive from the main Belle Mare beach and not too far from the main regional hub of Flacq (with its twice weekly market and also Super-U for those who prefer more modern facilities) - was good and the walk from the accommodation to the dining area through an abundance of local floral was a delight. But biggest praise must go to owners Roshan and Sang (and their son Kite) who were so warm and welcoming - they made each guest feel like a VIP, nothing was too much trouble for them and the food (breakfast and dinner) freshly prepared by Sang each day was varied but always delicious. We had a wonderful stay with no complaints whatsoever. Well, actually, just one - we never did get to see Roshan feeding the Dodo."

It would have been great to have had a fridge in the room

"Most charming accomodation in Prishtina. The lovely elderly couple maintaining the room(s) is heartwarmingly welcoming. The room(s), I've been staying in the one facing the street, are well lit and comfortable even for a longer stay, offering privacy and leaving room for some exchange with the owners as well. If I'd come back to Prishtina, I'd be staying here again! Thanks a lot!"

"The manager is very accommodating, as advertised the location is near the airport, and the air conditioning was heaven sent."

Be prepared if your phone has weaker signal, but that's more on the area than the hotel tbh.

"性價比非常高，在跨年連假每間飯店都誇張亂漲房價的時候，只有這間飯店提供合理的價格，真的很棒！ 房間跟陽台都非常大，隱密性也不錯，床雖然很軟但支撐性很高，睡得很好。 房間還有提供冷暖氣，風量很大也很強；浴室也很大，且水熱得速度很快，水壓也不錯，且淋浴間地板有止滑，很棒。 有很多停車位，附近也有很多好吃的餐廳，民宿外的草地區也讓人很放鬆。 沒有提供冰塊，但跟住宿方詢問就會提供，滿棒的，住宿還有提供飲水機甚至是電梯，很棒。 另外個人常常覺得住宿提供的肥皂太大塊，沒用完很浪費，此住宿提供的肥皂較小，比較環保，退房沒用完也不會心疼。"

櫃檯的右側有貼歡迎使用信用卡字樣，實際到現場卻無法刷卡只能付現，這點讓人不是很愉快。 C/I時間只到晚上九點，不確定九點過後是否還能入住，八點半左右就接到民宿方來電詢問是否要抵達了，讓人有壓力。 住宿本身非常安靜，但有遇到帶小孩的旅客小孩早上一直狂跑亂跳，也有遇到早上約七點開始使用鐵槌敲東西的聲音，雖然都被吵醒，但聲音都沒有持續很久。 另外個人覺得房內的沙發很硬。

"We had a truly great stay at Vila Davor, Turistička 8- Peštani. The location is phenomenal, at least in our case with small children, because the apartment is less than 10 meters from the private beach with sunbeds. In same house there is a beach bar and kayak and sup board rental. There is a supermarket and several restaurants of national cuisine nearby. As for sightseeing, the entire area around the lake and the Galicica National Park are a 15-20 minute drive away. The host is pleasant and ready to help in any way that would make the stay more pleasant (cheers Mishko). The house is a little bit older, but the apartment is clean and tidy. The kitchen is shared and with basic things as it is noted in the offer so that is not a complaint. It is a bit more difficult to park if you have a large vehicle, but the host can find you a safe and large parking lot in the immediate vicinity. And the biggest plus at least for us- they are pet friendly."
