"I was pleasantly surprised at how much consideration the Radisson had for my sister who was observing the month of Ramadan, they had a special menu for meals in the morning at 4am I've very well traveled and we have never had so much consideration before. It gave a special sense of care and meant a great deal. Staff were friendly and kind."

The food selection at the hotel restaurant was a little limited maybe some more added options to explore.

this could be improved: -the beach has a lot of potential, buiding a nice peer with stairs for a sea swim would make it much better -there isnt enough shade in the garden and the sun is punishing -the trees on the beach have fruits that hurt when falling, as part of garden maintenance they should be shuffled to drop the fruits upfront -the restaurant options both for breakfast, meals and snacks, leaves out a lot of the good things of Sao Tome. Look at your competitor Riu, for instance, they always have a section with local treats

The need for transportation if you wanted to go anywhere else.

"The team were very friendly and a great support with questions we had. We were met at the airport terminal and driven to the hotel using the free shuttle service. The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.

"Stylove ubytovani v japonskem tatami. Blizko do centra, pritom v klidne casti Kyota. Personal velmi prijemny, moznost vyuzit pracku a susicku na poplatek ve spolecnych prostorach. Byl to autenticky zazitek."

Pokojicek byl hodne malinky, chtelo by to nejakou policku na odkladani veci.

"We were in a superior room, which was spacious and well equipped with all we needed. Internet connection was good. Bed super comfy."

Once there was a shot power cut but it lasted only 10 mins.

"Extraordinaria Staff. Always helpful and very friendly. The location is perfect in DaAn. Price is also relatively good when you compare it to other hotels in the area. If you stay in Taipei consider the DaAn district."

Rooms could use some renovation - it is not the most modern hotel in DaAn, but again it was more than appropriate for the price.

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

"Všichni, kteří pracují v hotelu, a se kterými jsme se setkali, byli více než milí - Srbové jsou skvělý národ, prostě Slované (jako my). Hotel je starší, ovšem s ohromným kouzlem a atmosférou. Pokoj byl velmi příjemný a prostorný. Zvláště chci pochválit matrace - spaní bylo velice pohodlné. Novi Sad je skvělé místo, myslím, že bych tu klidně mohla i žít. Škoda, že jsme jen projížděli a byli na 1 noc. Jednou se určitě vrátím na delší čas. Děkujeme!"

Jediné co mi trochu vadilo, byla zašlá plíseň ve sprše a chybějící zásuvka v koupelně - nebo jsem jí možná jen nenašla, kdo ví🤣 To jsou ovšem jen maličkosti, celkový dojem to nezkazilo!

Moře je bohužel místem pobytu trnuch (stingray) a to s sebou nese riziko poranění při vstupu do vody. Koupání je proto zde spojeno s určitým rizikem.

"Na recepci byli vždy jen příjemní lidé a velmi ochotní cokoliv ukázat nebo vysvětlit. Pokoj byl čistý a dobře vybavený. Společenská místnost byla výtané plus."

V našem pokoji (přízemí) by byla fajn nějaká zástěna nebo dveře mezi ložnicí a chodbou. V koupelně nebyla zásuvka, takže fénování vlasů muselo být v chodbě hned u ložnice, což není příliš praktické když necestuje sám a rušíte hluky a světlem druhého člověka, co třeba ještě ráno spí.

1) Koupelna. Odtok vody řešen špatně. V celé koupelně voda. To není vymyšlené dobře. Měli jsme dva pokoje a oba ten samý problém. Není to příjemné. 2) na posteli jsou pouze prostěradla. To něm rád. Já chci peřinu.
