"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

"Hotel 15min z hl.nadr. trolejbusem 19 nebo 4, 200m od zastávky. Milé recepční (narozdíl od většiny lidí tu), snídaně poměrně slušna. Vybavení starší a opotřebované, grand hotel to není,ale stačí. Ticho z chodby i z venku,teplé peřiny. Dá se i povečeřet, dobrá pizza."

Chladněji na pokoji, po puštění topení se dalo. Jinak všeho dostatek, toal.papir atd,varnou konvicí mi půjčili na recepci.

"The shuttle bus from the airport was on site when we arrived and very comfortable after the plane ride. Check in was quick and the staff was amazing. Our room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable."

"The team were very friendly and a great support with questions we had. We were met at the airport terminal and driven to the hotel using the free shuttle service. The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

"Stayed in the deluxe Junior Suite. They have renovated the place and now rooms look nice. We were leaving early and they packed us quite a good breakfast. Staff were friendly and responsive."

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

"Stylove ubytovani v japonskem tatami. Blizko do centra, pritom v klidne casti Kyota. Personal velmi prijemny, moznost vyuzit pracku a susicku na poplatek ve spolecnych prostorach. Byl to autenticky zazitek."

Pokojicek byl hodne malinky, chtelo by to nejakou policku na odkladani veci.

The lack of the cleanliness of the pool (because of breakfast nearby, lots of things fly away in it). Drinkable water in the bar was not free (4-star hotel)

The hotel has a serious issue with plumbing. Didn't get hot water for quite a long time in teh shower and had to wait long, while the hot water was yelowish.
