"Čistota, personál, poloha. Parkování bez problémů."

Občas něco po úklidu něco chybělo. Osušky, ručníky, toaletní papír, voda a podobně. Po upozornění bylo vše okamžitě napraveno i s omluvou a úsměvem. Snídaně by mohla být pestřejší a s kávovarem. Pláž Mamzar se vstupným a absolutně neuklizená a špinavá. S dozorem plavčíků, ale vypadalo to jako na skládce. To jsme nečekali.

Not enough equipment to use kitchen. Had to ask for glasses. lower floor quite noisy from the bar downstairs. Also had to ask for a quilt as there was only a sheet on the bed and we were cold.

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

"Jedinečné místo a pláže, kde si můžete vychutnat karibský drink, v areálu hotelu palmový háj s rybníčkem, kde v noci kvákají žáby a ve dne je loví ptáci, vstřícný personál. Hotel z přelomu 60-70.let minulého století, místy připomíná tehdejší atmosféru - některými kusy nábytku a dalším vybavením, zejména kolem recepce a v pokojích... Krásné rozkvetlé zahrady. Vlastní parkoviště pro vypůjčený vůz."

S ohledem na stáří hotelu je vidět jeho opotřebení, potřeboval by už rekonstrukci a modernizaci vybavení. Na pokoji nefungovala televize, což nám ani tak nevadilo, ale s klimatizací, která byla funkční jen 2 dny ze 4 to bylo horší. Zaměstnanci jsou vstřícní, i když mnohdy řeší věci s pověstným karibským "klidem", kdy na vše včetně obsluhy v baru je dost času... Přes tyto vady na kráse hodnotíme pobyt pozitivně.

The location is absolutely perfect - right near Plaza de Armas, making it easy to walk to all the main restaurants, shops, and tour starting points. Having a spa available at the hotel was a wonderful amenity - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations and assistance with arranging tours."

Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts and provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.

"The team were very friendly and a great support with questions we had. We were met at the airport terminal and driven to the hotel using the free shuttle service. The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

"Na recepci byli vždy jen příjemní lidé a velmi ochotní cokoliv ukázat nebo vysvětlit. Pokoj byl čistý a dobře vybavený. Společenská místnost byla výtané plus."

V našem pokoji (přízemí) by byla fajn nějaká zástěna nebo dveře mezi ložnicí a chodbou. V koupelně nebyla zásuvka, takže fénování vlasů muselo být v chodbě hned u ložnice, což není příliš praktické když necestuje sám a rušíte hluky a světlem druhého člověka, co třeba ještě ráno spí.

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

The staff is very friendly and also gives tips for sightseeing tours. Breakfast is also available around noon. The quality-price relation is very good for this hotel. "I really enjoyed my stay here - the hotel is like an oasis of calm in Bissau. Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful - special thanks to Mariama who very kindly went above and beyond her duties to accompany me to the market so I wasn't alone. Good buffet breakfast, clean swimming pool, lovely gardens, spacious rooms. I felt very safe here as a solo female too."

There was nothing I didn't like.

The only challenge I encounter which requires some improvement is the internet connectivity especially the WFI coverage and connectivity which at times it is very weak while in the room. Otherwise everything else provided by the hotel is exceptionally outstanding.

"cheap stay was perfect for a solo person looking for a comfy place to sleep"

"It was really cosy and comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful and ready to assist. I really enjoyed staying and it felt relaxing. Bathroom is very spacious and beds are comfortable. General room setup is very good offering lot of storage and working space without compromising the mobility."

Hotel was bit far from city center and there is no close local bus stop. However, for people who don't mind bit of walk it is very good. One window couldn't be closed completely but I didn't notice it right away. I am sure staff would come and check it, but it made general feel in room bit more cold than it should be.
