"This is an excellent and modern appartment (with all that you need) with a nice terrass and supermarkets nearby. It is located near many restaurants and a nice beach in a vibrant part of Dubrovnik. It is located outside the Old Town, but the bus (6) stops in front of the appartment and it takes only 15 minutes to the Old Town. Really recommend it!"

"Great location and a good idea to be away from the Old Town. We found a cove just for ourselves on the last morning and the host allowed us a late check out which was so worthwhile. A really comfortable and quiet apartment with a good location to get Ubers into the Old Town as well as a restaurant we wanted to visit."

"The property was refreshing and clean, and well equipped for our stay, and the hostess was lovely and gave great tips for local restaurants and places to go to which we wouldn’t have known otherwise. It had lots of utilities ready and we felt comfortable here. It was the best location as it was about 4 minutes away from the supermarket, the bus stop was right next door so you can go to old town quickly, it is on the promenade which makes for a lovely walk to and from the beach. Advice for people staying here: do not go to the closest beach at the end of the promenade, instead walk to the other beach on the left side which has clear water and isn’t abandoned. It has sun beds and a beach bar with fantastic clear blue water."

"Despite having lots of appliances for the kitchen, it was missing a toaster and cheese grater (but this wasn’t a big problem anyways). The garden was a bit abandoned but it was nice to have a terrace and space to dry our clothes. The positives outweigh the negatives immensely."

"Excellent location! The bus (#6) is right next to the apartment and takes you to Dubrovnik in 10-15 minutes. The beach is 5 minutes down the street which was great for us. We went to Dubrovnik in am and at night and enjoyed the beach in the afternoon. We took the Dubrovnik pass to walk the walls and the bus was free for 24 hours. Plenty of restaurants in front on the apartment. Large grocery store (Tommy) 3 minutes from the apartment. Apartment was very clean, well equipped, coffee provided, washing machine and clothing line outside. The lady who rented the apartment was very nice and helpful. If this apartment is available, do not hesitate to stay here, you will absolutely love it!"

"It was a spacious apartment, with all the amenities needed, a cute little backyard and close to the bus station. We found free parking 4-5 minutes walk near the house and used the bus as the parking in old town was pretty expensive. (10€/h)"

"There were no dishwasher tablets, the garden was nice to have, but it's not cozy as might seem from the photo. Poor selection of knives, found two and neither was good, therefore hard to cook something."

"This apartment is in the perfect location in Lapad. Easy via bus 7 from the bus station or pier, 6 into old town & the stop is right outside your door. Walking path to the restaurant strip & the beach pathway. Unit is well equipped & comfortable."

"Major: The Lady coming at 9am to put our bags in storage or so we thought to then try make us leave when checkout is 11am. We stayed until 10.30 I was paying for this space until 11. Lucky my husband could speak the language or I wouldn't of been able to communicate with her. She Knocked on the door & by the time I got there was letting herself in NOT acceptable. The washing machine doesn't spin the clothes properly so don't wash if it's not a nice day. Everything else about this property is perfect a shame the above incident put a negative feeling on our last day."
