"Dveře na číselný kód, celkem prostorný pokoj, příjemný personál, blízkost pláže (momentálně se sice nedá koupat přímo před hotelem, musí se jít kousek vedle, ale není to daleko) a obchodu s potravinami."

"Největší problém byla málo chladící klimatizace (v pokoji bylo poměrně teplo). Pak se mi moc nelíbilo umístění našeho pokoje (dvoulůžkový pokoj s manželskou postelí) s oknem přímo u vchodových dveří (ale to byla moje chyba, že jsem si pořádně neprohlédla fotky a nepřiplatila si za lepší pokoj). Co se polohy týče, momentálně se před hotelem nachází docela hrozné staveniště (je rozkopaná i celá ulice před vchodem), ale za to hotel nemůže, proto to ani nezahrnuji do hodnocení, protože by to nebylo fér. Každopádně je dobré to zmínit, abyste věděli, do čeho jdete. (My jsme to nevěděli.) Ale až bude vše hotové, bude před hotelem krásná pláž a navíc různá sportovní hřiště, velký amfiteátr, promenády, cyklistické stezky, dětská hřiště, garáže a parkoviště, pohostinství a spousta zeleně, takže to hotelu na atraktivitě naopak přidá. "Snídaně byly perfektní. Personál velmi vstřícný. Vyměnili mi pokoj za jiný, který mi vyhovoval. Poradili nám se vším, co jsme potřebovali. Kde je posilovna, jak se nejlépe dostat do historického centra. Kousek od hotelu je přístav, kde je skvělá rybí restaurace Konoba Barkarola. Jinak v současné době 8/2023, předělávají celou pláž, takže je zde stavební ruch, příští sezónu zde budou nové restaurace a zázemí pro turisty."

"Good view of the adriatic sea. Hotel is closer to the beach, so you can go for a good swim. There is a supermarket near by. Much convinient. There is no key, PIN code for the door. Much much easy. Good breakfast considering the price of surrounding restaurants. Receptionist was great. Greeted us warmly. Very helpful. Good communication."

"45min walk to the old town. But if you like not crowded area, this is the place. And you can manage to go the city by bus, there is a small walk up hill. It would cost 1€ for 60min within split city area if you buy from the app."

"The rooms really need to be updated, the sliding door had a broken lock, which was eventually sorted after discussion with the manager. Great sized balcony looking out to the sea only for the view to be obscured by an elevated enclosure for 3 tennis courts. No kettle !!!!. The breakfast was OK, simple but had all you need. This Hotel is not near the old town/ harbour, 15 mins in a taxi, 30 mins plus a sort walk by bus(15), or a walk will take 45/60 mins depending on you pace. PLEASE BE ADVISED the hotel is on the first floor inbetween apartments. You have to climb 27 steep steps to get to the entrance."

"The best thing about the property is that it is next to the new beach. You can sleep comfortable with the aircon on. Staff is great."

"Located near good beaches alongside the sea. Despite some building work opposite, we had an excellent sea view from a private patio, with no disturbance. Staff went above and beyond, being really welcoming and friendly. Being a small hotel the range of food for breakfast was not as large as some bigger hotels, but all our favorites were there and we were well catered for - the omelette is especially recommended! We had a fantastic holiday in Split, and staying in this hotel made a big contribution to this. Would definitely stay here again."

"Nothing we really didn't like - we had a fab experience of this hotel. I suspect when the building work opposite is finished this will be an even more prime location, as it seems to be aiming to provide a boost to leisure activities right opposite from the hotel."
