"Stayed here for 3 nights while we visited Plitvice National Park. Excellently located, just a 10min drive to the park entrances.Beautiful room, quiet, clean, really comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Food at the restaurant was tasty and well cooked. Good breakfast. This place is a real gem, loved our time here."

"Absolutely PERFECT. The best booking we ever had. The property is situated just 8 minutes’ drive from Plitvice Lakes entrance 2 and 10 minutes from entrance 1. The location and landscape is amazing with free parking space. The rooms are super clean and spacious, which can accommodate up to 3 people. Very nice design and beautiful traditional forest house in the inland Croatia. Wonderful breakfast with plenty of choices with fresh and tasty ingredients. We recommend visiting. The staff is wonderful and happy to help you and fulfill your queries. Thank you very much for our stay. Looking forward to visit again soon."

"The room and the location. Close to Plitvice Nathional Park. We had a car. Kowsy room downstairs to have breakfast and dinner. Thw outside is also very nice and there is a super happy dog and some kittens :)"

"What a find… this property really over delivers. We were uncertain we were at the right location until we entered the property, looking for reception. But the whole place sparkles having been completed fairly recently. It is a tribute to the family’s construction skills - the tiling and woodwork throughout the property are impressive, there are bespoke touches everywhere. In the dining room, no 2 pieces of furniture are the same. The light fittings similarly unique. Everything has been brilliantly handcrafted. Our room was large, with an immaculate bathroom again reflecting tremendous skill in wall and floor tiling. The food and wines were of a high standard… in fact it’s been a long while since I’ve had a whole trout so well cooked and presented as the plate I received here. Breakfast was also a very pleasant experience. There is a very nice outdoor area under development… it will be great when the plants are mature. The staff are very polite and welcoming, eager to please."

"This is not the fault of the property but our car navigation could not locate the exact address. It did successfully locate the property next door and the staff there were quick to explain where we had to go. A partly constructed new building on the Rustic Inn site added a little to our uncertainty but our subsequent experiences more than made up for that. (It is after all described as rustic…) Again, this will be a great little property by the time the owners have finished developing it."

"The location is 5 minutes from the 2nd entrance to Plitvice Park. My room was beautiful. Very modern and clean. Despite the name Rustic, the building is new. I enjoyed sitting outside in the quiet of the countryside. I was there for 2 nights and enjoyed a 4 course delicious dinner of fresh trout and roasted vegetables, soup and salad and dessert."
