"What a stunning apartment with a beautiful view of the city and sunset... the apartment was clean and beautifully presented, the owners were friendly and so helpful. I can't fault the place. Parking is a bit tight and not immediately obvious as the sat nav takes you to the lower road, but fine when you know its on the top road just before the school sign."

"Nothing really, a dust pan and brush would have been handy but not essential, and the shower head could do with a tighten up. The place is almost faultless we'll definitely be back if we come to Dubrovnik again."

"Absolutely amazing view of Dubrovnik from the terrace! Beautifully cleaned and well appointed. The hosts were very friendly and happy to help in any way. There are some stairs up to the property, but it was only 10 minutes walk from the old town. Highest recommendation!"

"The owner is amazing , did so much good work to the flat. There are even board games , slippers , cooking facilities, sweets , water in the fridge etc. Very rare to see someone put so much detail and care into the flat for guests, It is so much better to stay somewhere with care & attention than just a hotel room."

"I was very impressed with the host's communication and the friendly greeting we received when we arrived. The location is quiet although just 10-15 mins picturesque walk to the Old Town. It's clean, modern and roomy."

"1) The balcony/terrace shown in the photos is not what we got - our apartment had a tiny balcony with uncomfortable seating. 2) There are so many steps - I wasn't ready for 100+ steps every time I left the building. But that's nothing compared to the amount of steps in the Old Town! 3) We would have appreciated a microwave oven."

"Stunning is the right word for Dubrovnik, and if you want views to match the city, then book a stay at Villa Ragusa. Not only will the views be special, your host, Mia, will make you feel special too. The apartment is located within walking distance to Dubrovnik’s Polce Gate and Banje Beach. We stayed four nights and found the apartment to be well-appointed with modern conveniences, a spacious bathroom, and a comfortable bedroom. The kitchen has a full-size fridge, along with a cooktop. They even provided ground coffee for the coffee maker. However, the patio is what steals the show. From it you’ll have amazing views of Dubrovnik and the coastline. We ordered take-out one night just so we could enjoy the sunset. You’ll need to be comfortable with going up and down stairs. However, it will be worth the effort. Thank you, Mia, for a most memorable stay at Villa Ragusa!"

"A modern, spacious apartment with a view of Dubrovnik old town and lokrum island. It has a parking on top which is important. The kitchen is well equipped. The owner leaves upstairs, so he is available. We came in late in the day and were helped to order out for lack of energy. About the apartment's location. Like most of the properties around Dubrovnik, it's on a steep slope. There are stairs. Not unmanageable just take into account. The old town is a 10 minutes, easy walk. Coming in or going out of, by car is no problem. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND Villa Ragusa."

"Nothing much to say against the place. The balcony could do with a little more privacy from the adjoining apartment. Nothing major."

"Good location - nice distant view of the old town and a short walk there. Of course there were lots of stairs on the way back, but there is a gentler (though slightly longer) alternative. Mia was very helpful with the bags, driving directions and local recommendations. Plenty of space - kitchen is well equipped and nice shower."
