"Fascinating building with huge spaces, right on a beautiful bathing beach, which makes it amazing value for money. The rooms with the sea view really do have a nice view. Great kitchen. Comfortable bed, good linen, convenient and well maintained bathroom. Clean and generally fresh and airy. Friendly staff."

"Hostels in this area of Tel Aviv tend to have a bit of an abandoned feel about them and occasional strange whiffs from the plumbing... also the pillows were awful which was a pity because the mattress and linen were so nice. Furniture is very basic and the lighting in the room very haphazard, so it was comfortable but not cosy."

"We did not stay at the 180 hostel, when we arrived they told us there was a problem with our room and that we will stay at the hotel next door which is called "The seven seas". Being a hotel and not a hostel it was an upgrade. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony with sea views, which was a real treat. Staff was helpful."

"It took them quite some time to get our room ready, and once in we found out that they did not clean the bathroom. We told the staff and is was promptly corrected."
