"Good location but away from the very busy centre. A cheap auto journey to destinations around the city. Had a lovely friendly and welcoming feel. Room was comfortable and very clean. The pool and gym were great. Staff were all friendly and helpful"
"The breakfast service was a bit chaotic. Food was excellent and, having watched the staff, they were definitely all trying to do a good job but there seemed confusion of roles where managers were sometimes clearing tables rather than looking around and giving clear instructions. It meant that sometimes it took ages to get, for example, a teaspoon. It’s a minor problem and amused us rather than detracting from our stay. It looked like it is a training issue. Everything else was great and the staff were all really polite and helpful"

"The hotel was great and at a good location. The room was really nice and clean, and even if we were 3 in a double room it didn't feel cramped. The facilities were great and the buffet, both for breakfast and dinner, was amazing. A lot of options and amazing and helpful staff. In general our stay was great and everyone was very helpful, so I can't recommend it enough."
