"Our bathroom door lock was problematic and after being locked in for 20 mins, their solution was to block the lock which meant we could not shut the door at all - a little annoying….."
"On a nice sunny afternoon I arrived at the hotel in New Delhi an hour or so early but at the reception Mr Manpreet advised that was not an issue at all and if room was ready and available he would allocate immediately .Since I had to go our for a lunch I was in a hurry but seeing my urgency he immediately checked and allocated a room without having to request again. Exceptional service I must admit which makes the hotel stand tall."
