"Renovated place, very clean, cozy, comfortable. We saw amazing aurora here. Good breakfast. There are not many rooms so it doesn't feel overcrowded even with a shared bathroom. many places to see around. You can not cook there but you can cook at nearby camping. And was glad to wash the clothes."

"The owners were very friendly and welcomed us personally and showed us around. We also appreciated the included breakfast buffet and the possibility to use the fridge and some kitchen appliances for a warm meal after a long day."
"Nothing really but if we had to mention something, it would be that when you want to cook something, you have to go outside and use the outdoor kitchen in another building that is shared with the camping site guests but it didn’t bother us much."
"Amazing host, very friendly and welcoming. Adalsteinn showed us around when we came, explained everything and the next morning prepared a great breakfast for us, including home-grown tomatoes which were superb :) We really appreciated his approach and it made a huge difference for us (a chocolate on the pillow was also a huge advantage :D ). The breakfast is tasty and you have many options to choose from. There is a very pleasant dinig hall with a nice view. We also really liked that Adalsteinn recycles the waste which we normally take for granted, however, this was the first accommodation in Iceland that did so."
