"Stylový domek v úžasné lokalitě, výborná atmosféra. Krásné výhledy na hory. Jedná se o dva samostatné domky kousek od farmy s koňmi a ovcemi. Z asfaltové silnice asi 1km po gravel road. Do Borgarnes autem cca 10minut. Z místa je dobrý dojezd na poloostrov Snæfellsness, park Thingvellir nebo směr Húsafell. Fotky odpovídají skutečnosti. V kuchyni je vše potřebné - nádobí, koření, olej, káva (french press), čaj, lednice (bez mrazáku), varná deska. Nemusíte vozit vůbec nic. Topení funguje velmi rychle, není problém přitopit. Dceři připravili dětskou postýlku. Na terase se dá sedět na lavičce. Velmi milí majitelé, naší dceři ukázali farmu se zvířaty a ruční výrobu z vlny. Naše nejlepší ubytování na Islandu."

"V domku nejsou žádné úložné prostory jako skříň nebo police, takže člověk má věci v kufru nebo v batohu prakticky na zemi nebo na židlích/gauči. Je to ale drobnost oproti dalším výhodám, které to místo má."

"Very nice and peaceful place about 15 minutes outside Borgarnes. Beautiful scenery, and very peaceful. Only one other apartment, about 50m away, so no noise from neighbours. Very nice deck around the chalet, with fantastic views. Very well appointed, with everything that one may need in the kitchen. Good heating. Very well situated for day visits to Sneafellness peninsula and Husavik area. Road to Borgarnes is quiet and quick, with a number of restaurants in the town. Everything was very clean, and no issues with check-in, or communication with the host."

"Super comfortable bed, the little extras such as plenty of hooks in bathroom, shoehorn, useful items in kitchen, warm plus able to control heat level (we like the bedroom cool and many places are too hot but we could get all the rooms just right.) Good directions. Good WiFi. Loved not having a TV! Beautiful views ! Quick responses to questions. Handy for getting to and around the peninsula. Bonus supermarket was an easy drive."

"Wonderfully secluded cottage in the middle of the countryside. Well situated for trips to Snaefellsnes. Very friendly and nice hosts living on with their farm next door. Possibility to book a guided horse ride with one of their icelandic horses, which was a magical experience! The cottage was well equipped, clean and absolutely cozy. We really enjoyed our stay here and can fully recommend!"

"The house was exceptionally tidy and clean. If you are looking to witness the aurora borealis and the starry sky, this is the perfect choice. We are also grateful to have met such a wonderful owner who took us to see his own Icelandic horses and sheep, passionately introduced us to local specialties, and provided us with useful travel information. If you choose to stay in this house, be sure to contact the landlord to arrange a horseback riding tour and experience a different side of Iceland. The facilities in the house were very complete and modern. Thank you to the host for hosting us."
