"A lovely welcoming place. It was spotless, and the owners were really friendly and kind. All the facilities were modern and of a high standard. The location was just right. It's a great place to stay. I would highly recommend it!"

"The host is extremly friendly (she only speaks Italian!) A real Italian nono who is attentfull and carying. The room was clean with a spacious private bathroom having everything you need. There is a shared kitchen available. The place is also great for bigger groups/familly as there is an extra bed in the room and a second room with own bathroom that you can rent extra. There is free parking but you have to look for a spot yourself in the street or surroundings. There is breakfast available, it consist of a croissant and hot drink in a bakkery arround the corner (2 min walk). It's close to visit Matera, but you need a car. Price was one of the lowest in the area of Matera."

"It was for us the most expensive night during our may holiday in Italy. We had lower prices this time of the year in Puglia. The matras was not super comfy for us (might be our personal preference) There is nothing to see in the surroundings, but little fruit shop and good meat restaurant and pizzeria arround the corner."

"La struttura è semplice e pulita, ha tutto quello che serve per poter passare un ottimo soggiorno. Ringrazio di cuore la signora Franca e sua figlia per l’accoglienza calorosa e per avermi fatto sentire a casa anche solo per una notte. Grazie ancora!"

"Le signore sono state molto gentili e cortesi cercando di trovare una soluzione rapida, inoltre per scusarsi del avvenuto ci hanno omaggiato di prodotti tipici. La colazione era ottima con prodotti artigianali e fatti in casa. La signora ci ha fatto sentire a casa e si è scusata numerose volte per la situazione., purtroppo sono cose che possono capitare, ma non giustificano l' accaduto. La camera era pulitissima e curata con tutto il necessario. Peccato per l'inconveniente."

"Abbiamo prenotato con largo anticipo (pagando prima) ad Aprile per Agosto. Arrivati in struttura scopriamo che non c'erano più camere a disposizione nonostante ci fossimo sentiti delle ore prima tramite la chat di booking(avremmo preferito essere avvertiti prima e non sul momento). In tutto questo il proprietario non era presente, quindi nonostante la gentilezza dello staff che ha provato in tutti i modi a risolvere la situazione, abbiamo aspettato quasi 1 h il proprietario. Nonostante il ritardo abbiamo dovuto sollecitare di nuovo il proprietario affinché ci portasse nell altra sistemazione con totale indifferenza. Alla fine sono riusciti a trovare una sistemazione solo per una delle due coppie all'interno della struttura, mentre l'altra è stata sistemato in un altra struttura (di fortuna). Ci saremmo aspettati per lo meno il rimborso per la stanza che non è stata data e non la proposta di un voucher per tornare nella struttura sapendo benissimo che essendo turisti non ci saremmo tornati. Ci dispiace rilasciare questa recensione perché si vede che la signora Franca è una persona di cuore che ci tiene."

"Camera bella spaziosa sia per la disposizione letti sia per il bagno. Il top è stata la colazione preparata dalla proprietaria la signora Franca, una tipica montese accogliente, disponibile pronta a dare tutte le informazioni. Lo consiglio vivamente e ci ritornerò!!!!"
