"The room was cold"
"Location of apartment is great, step out apartment and have a lovely gelato right away :)"
"If you are sensitive on sounds - this is not your place. You can hear well all neighbours. Also there is kitchen area - but not even a single plate, just 2 small bowls for cereal - so if you want to cook - will have to eat from frying pan or pot :))"
"The location is excellent. Our apartment is comfortable for a family of 5. . Shops and restaurants at door step. Micol went above and beyond, to sort out transport issues.. Would definitely stay again."

"- sofabed in the living is very hard and squeaky, so very uncomfortable - A/C in the second bedroom is very loud (heard outside from the master bedroom); so can’t be used at night if you want to sleep peacefully"
"The location is right in the centre of the shopping area& close to everything. Easy walking to the lake."
"You’re in the old area so cars aren’t allowed to park there, you must carry your luggage to the apartment. It was a bit confusing with the key lock code but once sorted everything was fine."
"The location was fantastic ! Centre of the main spot ! The owner also gave us lift till the como station and also stopped in between to let us have look at the beautiful view of como"

"On the small side , but price point and location was worth it"
"I liked everything. The apartment is just in the center of the city, next to everything: restaurants, ferry station, stores, the church, supermarket. The apartment is like from an Italian movie:) Clean, big, bright, comfortable and very safe. One night we even forgot to lock the door:) Has all kitchen compliances. The host even bought for us water and put in the fridge:)"

Jakub Negritella Sweet Hotel
"Pokoj dostačující,snídaně v pořádku, možnost jak obědu tak večeře,druhý den jsme dostali jídelní lístek s českým překladem, obsluha v pohodě, akorát ubytování není u pláže,ale asi 15 min chůze"
"Excellent staff, very good breakfast, the small indoor playroom for kids was a great surprise, as well the pleasant, heated indoor pool - due to off season, it was only for us."
"Naprosto úžasný personál, Sára i Irena byly skvělé. Vynikající snídaně i večeře. I při požadavku na jiné jídlo než bylo daný den k dispozici vyšly vstříc. Čerstvě upečené koláče k snídani byly fantastické. Moc rádi se sem vrátíme."
"Basically everything - the location, the accomodation, the sauna, the host Denis and his communication. I've received all the info needed to get to the accommodation via whatsapp and whenever I needed something during my stay, he responded within 10 minutes."
