"Fantastic breakfast. Central location. Room spacious by ski resort standards. Clean bathroom, and easy access in and out. Parking available right in the front of the hotel/restaurant. Friendly staff."
"Even with a thermostat in the room turned right down, like a lot of mountain accommodation it was waaaaay too hot. We had to open the window and doors often to let the heat out. The room was a bit dark, with the main light not working. But it was our own fault not mentioning it to reception, as we spent so little time in the room."
"The breakfast was very good with several options and products from Italy. The place is indeed ski to door and we managed to come from the close slopes to the property balcony. If you want to explore other places around Livigno there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel, which operates every 10 minutes and its very good."

"Had a fantastic stay. Enjoyed the food, dinning there almost every evening, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was cosy and clean. Fully utilised the sauna to warm up after spending a day on the slopes. Everything is walking distance from the location. Convenient parking just outside. Zero issues with noise so had a good nights sleep. Would stay here again, we were sad to leave."
"The only minor minus was what was offered for breakfast, we always managed to get something suitable like fruit or croissants but by the end of the stay were missing bacon and eggs - though bacon and eggs were offered something about the way they were cooked wasn’t palatable. However I have to make it clear that every dish we ate for dinner was amazing and though we didn’t enjoy breakfast quite as much we would stay here again."

"The decor was out of this world! Absolutely stunning place to stay, very luxurious at a great price. The particular suite we stayed had a fantastic jacuzzi bathtub which was a highlight. Also the reviews don't lie, the breakfast is quite the feast!"

"Lokalita byla perfektní. Apartmán ve stínu borovic, klid, bazén v cenně kousíček od apartmánu, na pláž buď příjemná procházka nebo svoz dodávkou, která jezdila dost často (zajišťoval resort). Velkorysá terasa s výhledem na moře s celodenním využitím, protože byla zastřešená a stále ve stínu. Pláže prostorné a nepřeplněné. Krásná klidná a pohodová rodinná dovolená. Bez problémů."
"Siamo tornati per la terza volta in questo campeggio, e ho preso una casa mobile “last minute”. La casa era pulita confortevole e con aria condizionata, molto utile viste le temperature del periodo. La casa mobile era vecchio tipo, ma probabilmente questa tipologia viene lasciata proprio per il last minute, prenotando per tempo si trovano le case mobili ristrutturate molto più accoglienti. Quello che mi ha un po’ lasciato perplessa è la gestione del bar. I baristi sembravano scocciati dalle richieste dei clienti, poco disponibili e abbastanza scortesi. Capisco che la stagione al mare sia dura, ma se a inizio luglio la vivi così, guai a chi ti passa vicino a metà agosto… per il resto il campeggio si è ridotto di dimensioni rispetto a prima del covid, ma è sempre in una posizione e con una spiaggia talmente fantastica che ci tornerò."

"Salvatore was the kindest most generous host . He couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable . If you want a real taste of Italy instead of a tourist experience stay here. Salvatore makes his own wine which is excellent and own food too . The cuisine was a fabulous authentic experience ."
