"A nice room with balony, well furnitured and cleaned every day. We could use the kitchen corner to prepare tea or coffee, toast and have an apple and cakes - on the house. There were mineral water and juice in a small fridge in the room for us every day. Nicola let us leave our suitcases after checking out (we had a late evening flight). Giuseppe guided us kindly from Termini to the apartament."

"Everything was great, we had self check in, that was very easy, room was big enough, clean and comfy. Breakfast was good, cakes, crostata, croasan, toast, cereals, caffe and tea, typical italian breakfast, we enjoyed breakfast in our room, in bed :) Location is great, just few minutes from metro Cipro and several bus stops. Entrance to Musei Vaticani less that five minutes walk. Nicola allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception after check out what was great for us."

"Nicola is very responsive to all our inquiries booking to check-in. He even allowed us to check out a bit later than the normal time. The property has this kitchen where Nicola has free snack/food for all. Tha location is great because it is just behind the walls of St.Peter’s Basilica."

"Not really a negative comment but just a point of view regarding the size of the shower. Personally, I didn’t have any issue because I am petite but probably with taller people."

"Quiet location yet only 5mins walk from the Vatican museum entrance or local restaurants. The room was large with a decent en-suite. The air-conditioning was very welcome. The hosts made the bed daily and ensured that we always had fresh milk in the fridge. Loved the cakes and tea-making facilities next door. We didn’t mind that there was no 'proper' breakfast area. Eating in our room wasn't a hardship.. Felt very safe and secure. They even provided a pot for our toothbrushes! :) We'll definitely stay here if we return to Rome"

"Lovely room and en suite. Perfect for two people. Very clean with a cleaner coming daily. There were two bottles of fresh water, orange juice , milk and butter in a little mini fridge on arrival. All complimentary. You could get breakfast in a little kitchen next door. Very comfortable bed Easy to check in through the owners instructions and the owner was so helpful. Located close to the metro, very easy to travel to and from the apartment The restaurants and bars around are fantastic. Much cheaper than going into Central Rome. Better quality food too. We also visited the vatican, which it's right next to the apartment. We did this during the day but because of its proximity to us we also did it at night. It was incredible seeing it so quiet with all the lights on the statues & fountains compared to the hassle and bussle during the day! Highly recommend"
