Arabesque Hotel

"Dobrá lokalita. Přestože je to kousek od centra a měli jsme okna do ulice, nebyl tam hluk. Na kratší pobyt je ubytování dostačující, poskytuje vše, co běžný turista potřebuje"

"Ledová podlaha, hodil by se aspoň malý kobereček. V koupelně nebylo kam dát věci, ani pověsit ručník. Snídani jsme očekávali halal, byla trochu bez nápadu"

"Milí, příjemní hostitele. Čisto, uklizeno. Skvělý poměr cena/výkon. Snídaně výběr z menu. Do centra stareho města blízko."

"Aucun."

"Příjemný a vstřícný personál, vynikající lokalita, čisté pokoje, dobrá dopravní dostupnost."

"V okolí není příliš mnoho možností nákupu potravin"

"Hotel in a quieter part of Amman. Good walking distance to the evening hustle and bustle."

"Smaller breakfast portion"

"Beautifully decorated restaurant and lobby, big room, simple but tasty breakfast, kind staff."

"Our room was a bit noisy from the traffic outside and people speaking loudly in the corridor during the night."

"Hot water and heating available anytime Lovely stuff - jenny was super fun to speak with and helped us to get some vegan food Ahmad B was also very helpful and kind to us"

"Vegan food not really available"

"The hotel was well located, with a small grocery store nearby. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help, even through the booking chat before our arrival. The bed linens and towels were clean, though a bit worn in some areas."

"However, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re a sensitive sleeper, as the mattresses were quite firm and it was noisy, with cars passing by outside and people walking in the hotel hallways."

"The staff were friendly. The breakfast was excellent. There is free parking. Ideal for one night."

"Our room faced the street, and it was a bit noisy. But we were so tired after the long drive that we hardly noticed it."

"Very kind staff, good location close to the city centre."

"We had a very good experience at this hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the communication was excellent from the beginning. They even assisted us with booking through non-government offices for the visa process and gave us great recommendations for places to visit. The room was clean and tidy, with fresh bedsheets. There were complimentary amenities like shampoo, soap, tissues, a kettle with coffee and tea. The air conditioning worked well, and the location was easy to find. For the price, it was an excellent choice. The service and hospitality were outstanding, and I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families."

"The only downside was that our double room didn’t have a mini fridge, while the triple room did."
